Sundial Getaways, LLC is under no obligation to monitor information residing on or transmitted through any site. However, anyone accessing a site agrees that Sundial Getaways, LLC may monitor the site as needed to comply with laws, regulations, governmental requests, security requirements, operational needs, or to protect against conduct Sundial Getaways, LLC considers inappropriate, unauthorized, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Security

You agree not to access, attempt to access, interfere with, test, probe, scrape, bypass, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any area of or through a site that is not intended for general public access, unless you have been provided explicit written authorization to do so by Sundial Getaways, LLC.

Payments, Charges, and Additional Fees

Guests are responsible for all charges associated with their reservation, including rent, taxes, cleaning fees, service fees, optional add-ons, damage charges, pet fees, pool heat charges, early check-in or late check-out fees, lost item handling fees, payment processing fees where applicable, and any other charges disclosed during booking or incurred as a result of the guest’s stay.

Sundial Getaways, LLC may charge the card or payment method on file for amounts due under the reservation, rental agreement, house rules, damage policy, or applicable terms. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of a reservation, denial of access, collection activity, or other remedies available by law.

Changes and Other Terms

Sundial Getaways, LLC has the right to make changes and updates to any information contained within any site without prior notice. Sundial Getaways, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

Access to particular areas of a site, booking flow, guest portal, property listing, rental agreement, or service may be subject to additional or different terms and conditions, as specified by Sundial Getaways, LLC from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a more specific written agreement, reservation policy, channel policy, or property-specific rule, the more specific terms will control to the extent of the conflict.

Information Provided by You

Any information provided by you to Sundial Getaways, LLC, including but not limited to feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, reviews, messages, or similar submissions, shall be deemed non-confidential unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Sundial Getaways, LLC shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, distribute, and share the information with others without limitation to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sundial Getaways, LLC shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing, improving, marketing, and providing products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law or a written agreement signed by Sundial Getaways, LLC.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
