Cancellation Policy
We know travel plans don't always go exactly as expected, so we've created a clear and easy-to-understand cancellation policy for our guests.
Reservations More Than 30 Days Before Check-In
Guests may cancel within 30 days of booking for a full refund,
provided the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Reservations Within 30 Days of Check-In
Reservations booked within 30 days of arrival are
non-refundable once confirmed.
After the 30-Day Booking Window
Once 30 days have passed from the original booking date, all payments
become final and non-refundable, as your reservation dates have been
exclusively held for your stay.
