After a distinguished career in the United States Air Force (USAF), where he earned numerous awards for academic excellence and outstanding performance, Seth channeled his passion for technology, aviation, and service into the business world by founding a successful wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) in 2010. A lifelong builder and technologist, Seth spent his youth immersed in technology—constructing computers, flying, and building RC airplanes and helicopters—skills that would shape both his military and entrepreneurial journeys. 

As a co-founder and COO, and later CEO, of Echo Wireless, Seth played a key role in growing the company from its inception to a team of 30, delivering high-quality internet service to thousands across two states. He oversaw critical areas like network development, operations, and customer service, helping to expand reliable broadband access to underserved communities. Under his leadership, the company gained national recognition, competing successfully in federal programs and securing millions in grants through the FCC’s Connect America Fund and Rural Digital Opportunity Fund auctions—milestones that fueled the company’s growth and strengthened its mission to connect rural areas to fast, dependable internet.

Seth enjoys spending time with his wife Chelsea and their three boys, Bryan, Matthew, and Ethan. As a family, they love traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and exploring the far reaches of this great nation, always in search of new adventures and shared experiences. They also cherish their time on the lake, surfing, tubing, and soaking up the sun during the summer months.
