Jason Zacharko started his professional career after graduating from Sam Houston State University in the summer of 2000. By 2002, and just 24 years old, he started his first business venture selling Voice Over IP (VOIP) systems and data networks to businesses of all sizes.

It was during that time he found his passion for building successful companies. After successfully exiting his first business in the spring of 2008, he went on to build two more successful businesses, while building out his real estate portfolio. By 2019 he discovered the short term vacation rental market and never looked back.

Today Jason owns three properties on 30A, with a fourth coming soon.
