Welcome to The Good Life 30A—a luxurious beachfront villa on 30A’s Dune Allen Beach, offering stunning Gulf views and high-end amenities for the ultimate beach retreat. This modern townhome comfortably hosts 8-12 guests and features three spacious bedrooms (including a bunk room), 2.5 baths, a screened porch, and a large patio for enjoying vibrant Gulf scenery.

The interior was fully redesigned in June 2022 to showcase spacious, open-concept living spaces that maximize the breathtaking Gulf views, creating a stylish and comfortable setting for relaxation. Located directly on the beach, you’ll have immediate access to the sugar-white sands, emerald waters, and pastel sunsets of Dune Allen Beach, allowing for relaxation any time of day.

For added comfort, enjoy daily beach chair setups (we have some but you can also purchase) from March through October, as well as access to the beach and community pool. While private outdoor spaces like the screened back porch and an oversized balcony off the master suite provide perfect spots to soak in the Gulf air.

You’ll find all the amenities needed for a seamless stay, from wood flooring and ceiling fans in every room to high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs with streaming capabilities. The fully equipped kitchen features new GE Café appliances, cookware, and seating for up to 10 around the quartz island, making it ideal for group meals and gatherings.

Sleeping Arrangements
-Master Suite (2nd Floor): Enjoy a king bed with beautiful Gulf views, private balcony, fireplace, sitting area, spa-like en suite bathroom with dual vanity, freestanding tub, dual shower heads, and Bluetooth speakers with mood lighting.
-Second Bedroom & Bunk Room (2nd Floor): The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the separate bunk room, divided by a feature wall and curtains, has four full-size beds. Both rooms include flat-screen TVs and share a bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
- No pets
- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number.
Additionally, before the fun begins, we'll need you to sign our rental agreement that has a $100 authorization hold for incidentals. It's all part of the check-in charm! Thanks for being awesome!

Staying here and with Jason was a seamless experience. The area was beautiful, Jason did a great job communicating, and the check in and out processes were easy. The house does need a few TLC items addressed just from usage and age, but it did not really detract from our experience. Everything worked great, the house was equipped with what we needed, and the extra beach amenities were really appreciated. It could be more clear that the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are actually one with the bunks and guest bed separated by a half wall with curtains on either side. This was OK for us, but wasn't quite what we were envisioning from the pictures, and I could see how that could throw off a group of people with different relationships or expectations than ours.

Upon arrival the townhouse was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. The view from the screened in porch and master bedroom was breathtaking! The beds were comfortable and there was a closet full of beach chairs, floats and such for our use. The communication was seamless, although there wasn’t much needed because he made sure we had a guidebook to answer our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Jason was an outstanding host—very proactive, reaching out before our arrival and staying responsive throughout our stay. The property is absolutely spectacular, situated on a stunning stretch of beach. Waking up to the amazing ocean views from the master bedroom was a trip highlight. The sound of the waves made it the perfect retreat. The kitchen had a great layout that made cooking easy and enjoyable. We were pleased to find plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, and dishware. Jason thoughtfully provided detergent for both the washing machine and dishwasher. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. We spent our days enjoying the beautiful surroundings and evenings unwinding in this lovely home. Just a minor note: a few common kitchen items were missing (like a cookie sheet), and there were no pantry basics like olive oil or spices, which would have been helpful after our grocery run. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation

Amazing beach house! Right on the most beautiful beach in the world. The house comfortably fit 7 of us. We very much appreciated the chairs and umbrellas and all the supplies. The house had everything we needed. We were very happy with everything and would love to come again in the future!

Wonderful Stay
My husband and I stayed here for our one-year anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better, and we especially loved the gorgeous beach views from both the first and second floor patios. Having access to a private beach with chair and umbrella service was such an amazing perk—definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. The condo itself was the perfect size for the two of us, and we were pleasantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was with everything we needed. It made the whole trip feel effortless and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

The multiple hairballs/hair we found were disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of everything.Jason questioned the validity of our complaints, since we didn't bring them to his attention promptly. As I explained to him, we arrived late and dropped our bags and went to dinner.When we returned, our guest noticed the hair and dirt in the bed. He had to sleep on top of the bed that night.We notified Jason the following AM- he did send a cleaning crew to re-make the beds.We went to bed after returning from dinner,and were on the beach all day. It wasn't until that evening that my wife first showered and noticed a hair in the bathtub- we told Jason the next AM. Next evening,my guest was hand washing sa glass,it was nasty,he noticed a big hairball in the hand towel- again we told Jason. At checkout, the fan was turned off and there was a large hair hanging from that fan.Couch which was on the floor, was also stained and dirty. Couch/barstools uncomfortable.Nowhere to hang out

We take all guest comfort seriously, which is why when a concern was reported about hair on a bed, we promptly sent our cleaning team to re-make the bed. After further discussion, we also refunded the cleaning fee as a gesture of goodwill. From there, however, new complaints were raised well after check-in and even at checkout. For example, our cleaner when there to make up the bed observed that the bathmat was already on the floor and the shower had been used, yet a complaint about a hair in the shower wasn’t raised until day 3 (second full day). During his stay, the king bed was broken, and we were even accused of ‘stealing a pillow,’ which our team confirmed was not the case. Taken together, the delayed complaints, the property damage, and the unfounded accusations made this stay highly unusual and gave the impression the guest was ultimately seeking a free stay rather than a fair resolution. With over 1,200 reviews and a 4.9+ average rating, our commitment to hospitality, responsiveness, and cleanliness is well established. While we acted reasonably and in good faith, we believe this review was retaliatory in nature and is not representative of the experience the overwhelming majority of our guests enjoy. -Jason

Great spot on Santa Rosa Beach. While there were plenty of people down the beach, the area in front of property stayed surprisingly uncrowded and felt private, especially in the mornings and evenings. The included chair service was a major benefit. Space was very comfortable and stylish. Great restaurant right across the street.

Location and view were great! Place was neat and clean. Could use better furniture in main room. The only reason we wouldn’t stay again is the lack of privacy between bunk room and 2nd bedroom. Just not a good fit for our family. Overall, pleased with experience though!

The place overall was good. Much quieter than other places we’ve stayed along 30A. Our major issue was how rooms 2 and 3 were basically one room split by a partial wall and curtains. Just not what we needed for having two small kids needing separate spaces. The master bedroom has skylights above the bed that need shades or something to dim the street lights at night. The main living room needs new curtains to actually cover the sliding doors. (Only partial coverage) The stay was a nice place just specifics for our family is what didn’t give this 5 stars. Location and updated condo were up to par.

The condo was beautiful and they were very responsive. When we arrived, we checked the house out to make sure there were no issues. The patio door handle was barely hanging on, there were remotes to the fireplaces did not work, you could not use the fan in the bedroom because the light would not go off unless you turned the fan off, however, everything I responded to as an issue. They immediately responded back and had someone physically come check it out. I could not ask for more. We will definitely stay there again. The condo is absolutely beautiful and a perfect place to vacation with a family.

Jason was top notch!! This place is the best place in Santa Rosa hands down. We have stayed here twice and it’s been nothing but exceptional. Jason was very interactive and responsive, the place is exceptionally clean and very well stocked. I wish everywhere we stayed measured up to this one. Can’t say enough kind things!

We stayed for a long weekend the property had access to several gravel and dirt roads which is exactly what we were looking for!we loved it. We would definitely come back. We left a package at the home and the host was gracious enough to ship it back to us. super friendly and we can't thank them enough

All I can say is place is pure magic. If you’re like me and have been a 30a person before 30a was a thing, you’ll love the charm of this townhome complex built in the 80s. BUT I’m also into interior design and clean, modern spaces. You get the best of both worlds here. And how can you be being right on the beach with your own walk down to the sand?I’ve dealt with a lot of property management companies, but Seth and Jason are by far the best I’ve ever worked with
