We spent spring break week here with our 3 kids and had the best time! The townhouse was the perfect setup with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 baths. The community pool was heated and just a short walk away. Easy access to the big chill. Adult size bikes were provided and we rented bikes for the kids — quick bike ride into Rosemary, Alys, and Seacrest beach. We also rented the golf cart for the week and used this for easy access to the beach and restaurants in Seagrove. Seth was very responsive and helpful throughout the week. Highly recommend!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great location, and Seth/Jason were very responsive and friendly when issues came up. The townhouse could benefit from a deep clean and refresh (scuffs on walls, towels pretty tattered, deck needs painting, appliances older/not working properly). The price was good though and we would definitely consider staying again.

We loved this location! Having the Big Chill in walking distance was so nice for everyone! The adults could chill and the kids play! On Friday night they had a DJ dance party which was a blast! There were lots of beach accessories in the garage which was nice to have access to! The only thing a little difficult was the beach access with the golf cart, which doesn’t have a having to with the house, just didn’t realize it would be difficult, we had some friends staying about 3 miles away so we luckily we were able to park there and go to the beach! Overall we had an amazing stay and will be back!

From the start, Jason/Seth communicated everything. No surprises. They offered check-in early for free. The townhome was amazing, each bedroom was great. Bunk beds are big they fit two boys over 6.1 perfectly. The master and other bedrooms were great. The linen is very clean and soft same for the bath towels. The mattresses were super comfortable. Roku on every TV worked like a charm. I loved the 12 to 14-foot ceilings, and the layout was perfect. Offering bikes and all the chairs plus beach gear was super helpful. We used the pool area was amazing after a day at the beach. Lots of things to do across the street going to the Big Chill. Shops and small food chops. During our stay if we needed anything Jason/Seth responded right away over text. Jason also called me to make sure we had everything we needed. I have never had a host that was this good. We will be back!!. Highly recommend this place.

Great response from the hosts. Jason and Alisha are very responsive and want to ensure you and your family have a great time. Location was a very short drive to a public beach and had its own private community pool (including a small wading pool for toddlers). The place is across the street from local eateries and a very short drive to other communities, the beach, and a publix. I would return with my family.

This was a great stay for our family beach vacation. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space was very comfortable and spacious. The pool nearby is amazing. It’s a bit of a haul (seemed like about a mile) to the nearest beach access but we planned for that and it worked out. It’s a great location on 30A with lots to do nearby.

The area is great and quiet. Nice pool and close to eating/fun. The home was not cleaned well at all and there was a bug in the kitchen and the dishwasher didn’t work properly. The previous renters didn’t clean out the shared stuff and nobody made sure after they left. The owners were helpful in trying to make it all better. You also do not get service at this place and WiFi is spotty. This wasn’t mentioned until the minute we arrived in the home. Be sure to plan ahead for that. The pictures make it look so nice but you can definitely see that the couch is worn, there are scuffs all on the walls, and the bathrooms could use some recaulking. Overall it’s nice but definitely a little more dull than the pictures make it look.

I want to acknowledge that this was the very end of a busy season with back-to-back, same-day turnovers. Now that we’re able to catch our breath, we’re scheduling deep cleans to ensure they’re in top shape for future guests. Regarding the cleanliness and the bug you saw, we did send housekeeping back to address your concerns as soon as we were made aware. We have regular pest control services too, but an isolated incident can occasionally occur, and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Spotty WiFi service is common throughout the 30A area and not specific to our home. As a courtesy, we provide instructions for WiFi calling on the day of check-in, which most guests find helpful. We’re sorry if this wasn’t sufficient in your case. We’re also in the process of updating furniture, walls, and bathrooms as part of our maintenance plan. We appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again for a better experience in the future. - Jason

This was our 3rd stay at Prominence 30A, each with a different host. This host was responsive, however, I feel they should not include a golf cart in their listing pictures. The golf cart is $100/day extra & was not the golf cart shown in the pics. The unit itself felt dirty. Walls were marked up & need painting, there was mildew on shower tile grout, master bedroom floor had remnants of sand on the floor & bedding had stains. Kitchen trash can lid was missing & kitchen had bare amenities. Beach items were piled in garage & not clean (sand all over toys). Blinds on the downstairs windows are sheer, so privacy lacks. Overall, excellence was not delivered & we will not book this unit again. The host was very responsive when another unit's guests parked in our driveway, but the issue only resolved after I had a conversation with those guests. We still had a great visit to 30A but were left desiring more for this unit.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. Regarding the golf cart, we include its picture in our listing to inform guests that it is available on-site for rent. The title specifies "rental golf cart," and the picture includes a note saying "golf cart available for rent." We also mention in the summary description that it is available for $100 a night. Additionally, to ensure clarity, we send a text message immediately after a guest books, stating the cart can be rented for $100/nt. When you responded to that message shortly after you booked, we confirmed that the information is indeed in the listing in multiple places. At that point, it was clear the golf cart is not included in the rental price, and you had the option to cancel for a full refund. While we are always open to suggestions on how we can make this even clearer, we believe we have taken comprehensive steps to communicate this. We agree with your comments about the paint. Our policy is to repaint every two years, and we're currently due for a fresh coat this off-season. Thank you for pointing this out. Regarding the cleanliness issues, we wish you had informed us during your stay. We strive to address such matters promptly and would have been happy to rectify them immediately. As for the stains, we assure you that we don't use stained bedding, and we're sorry for any oversight. Your experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we will investigate this matter thoroughly. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving our service. My family loved this location. We have teenagers and they really enjoyed riding bikes and The Big Chill area. I highly recommend renting the golf cart. It made travel to and from the public beach access points very manageable. The town home was spotless and well stocked. It was exactly as described! We will definitely come back in the future.

We had a girls trip here in seaside & it was absolutely beautiful! This home was perfect for us girls and we loved the pool. We could walk right across the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! It was very peaceful and a comfy place to stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! Our hosts were awesome & always made sure we knew everything about our stay! If you are thinking about it, book it!!

The location was a young parent’s dream - walkable to a few restaurants and entertainment at The Big Chill, pool just steps away, no loud noise/riff-raff after 8pm. We loved the option of going to the pool (heated but a bit chilly on the days when it was high 60s/low 70s) or the three beaches that were an easy golf cart ride away. Our kids had an absolute blast! We didn’t eat out a lot (beware, the restaurant prices are incredibly expensive) but the townhouse was equipped with everything we needed to eat most of our meals there. The host also provided two types of coolers to pack up for the beach, along with beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The place and location were exactly what we wanted for our Florida vacation.

The Prominence community is the ideal location! Right across the street is entertainment, food, easy access to Deer Lake State Park beach and just minutes from popular sites such as Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The property was equipped with all we needed and we loved the ease of having a golf car to get around when needed. We would vacation again to this community hands down!

This is a great house and in a great location. The hosts were quick to respond and super helpful. The guest room bed is “loud” (squeaky) and not super comfortable (for us, we are fairly picky!) The kitchen is well equipped which is important to me. The pool next door is awesome! Beaches are close and it’s super lovely! Id recommend this place and would consider another visit.

Had a fantastic trip at Seth’s place. Clean home with everything you need for a great relaxing home base. Golf cart was great to take to the beach, they had all the beach equipment for our convenience. The pool at the HOA is huge and very nice as well.

Seth and Jason , Your place is amazing and location is perfect for families with kids.This place is just down the road from the pool ,my kids would walk there by themselves ( they are old enough to that ). Little shop area that’s just close buy apartment is a huge plus, always something to eat / drink and entertain you within the walking distance. Beaches and water are crystal clear it is most definitely the beach I want to come back to. Hosts were so responsive, any question we had they responded so quickly. They even try to let us in little earlier since we came from a long trip. Renting this place was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back again. I think we found out perfect vocation spot. Can’t wait to go back again.

We loved how close Deer Lake State Park Beach was to our rental and went multiple times during our stay.
