We had a great family vacation at Seth's property. It was a pleasant surprise to find a wagon and chairs as well as beach towels and plenty of bath towels, full size bottles of bath amenities, coffee for our first morning and pods for the washing machine and dishwasher. We have stayed at a lot of rentals in this market and I feel like most people skimp on these things. The home was in a great area of Santa Rosa beach and we enjoyed the heated pool after fantastic fall beach days. We loved very minute.

Beautiful coastal home! It was extremely clean, walkable to the beach, gorgeous pool, and had a fun playground for the kids. The area is quiet and family friendly. The hosts were incredible with communication and their property guidebook was thorough with all information needed.

We took our two toddlers with us to stay here for a few days. The host was very responsive and the place had everything we needed for the most part. There was some mold in the second bathroom so we didn’t stay in there and made it work just fine. The master bed was not very comfortable.. not sure on the other beds because we didn’t stay in there but the location is great and they even had some beach toys the kids enjoyed. I would recommend this place strictly for the great communication and portal they provide you.

Great stay at Seth's place - fantastic area and a great host. So convenient for the beach, it was a very short walk (even with a toddler) and there's even a shuttle if you need it. The private beach area is great and even has bathrooms. We had a small issue at check in and Seth took care of it immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Our family loved our stay here! The location was wonderful and was only a short drive in either direction for shopping, restaurants and adventures (fishing, boat trip to Shell Island etc. ) that kept our 17, 16 and 5 year old sons well entertained. The facilities here are so well maintained and the home had everything that we needed for our week long stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and organized and that made staying here even better!

We loved our stay at Seth’s and can’t wait to return! This was our first time staying further away from Seaside (we usually stay in Watercolor), so we weren’t sure what to expect. We loved it! The beach is less crowded, which was great. Lots of families. The condo was clean, well maintained, and easily walkable to the private and public beach areas. Private beach access plus chair service were important to us and both were perfect. Everything was just as pictured and we loved how close Redfish Grill and Blue Mountain Creamery were. You won’t be disappointed!

This place was perfect for our girls trip. The shuttle to the beach was super convenient and available within minutes. The only thing I was disappointed with was the sun loungers. When I booked this place, the first image was of the Redfish Village chairs on the beach. Amenities listed included sun loungers and umbrella, but come to find out, these items were only available if we rented them. So the rental of the two sets we needed totaled just over $90 per day. I think the way this is listed under amenities is a bit confusing.

we loved our stay at Redfish. The condo was super clean with up to date furnishings and comfortable beds. Lots of hot water! All the dishes and cookware necessary to cook a few meals as well. Lovely balcony to sit at night. The private beach access and chair service were an amazing amenity that made our stay so much nicer. Would definitely stay with this host again. Very communicative and proactive with information. Had an absolutely wonderful vacation with my teenagers!

We had a great time at Seth’s place!! Beach was about a 5 minute walk with a private access with showers and bathrooms. Lots of things to do around the area and great atmosphere. We took 4 kids on the trip they absolutely loved it. The place is spacious and clean. Will be coming back!

Traveling with small children review- will list pros and cons. This was a fantastic location! Walk across the street for ice cream, 1/2 miles from fantastic food, and bike rental across the street. It was quiet, a simple elevator ride up and right off the elevator. Hosts were fantastic about following up etc. and staying in touch. It was also nice having the recommendations etc. The golf carts do not run until 10 am, so if you have kiddos multiple things to carry we found it much easier to have someone go early and set up the tent and chairs by car and then we all go by golf cart shuttle etc. I did want to put because it does feel unclear, you CAN put tents etc. behind the umbrellas and chairs, you just cannot block them. Suggestions I would say BLACKOUT CURTAINS it was pretty tough with kids in the double bed room, and more bathroom mats. Kids fell multiple times in the wet floors. Overall fantastic stay, fantastic hosts and great part of 30A!

Our family had such a wonderful time during our stay at Jason & Seth’s. The space was beautiful and clean, and it felt spacious as each bedroom had its own large walk in closet and bathroom. The location was absolutely perfect. It was a quick stroll to the private beach access, places to eat, and as an added bonus we were also super close to a state park with some beautifully shaded walking paths. For the days that the beach wasn’t in swimming conditions, we were able to spend time poolside, catching some sun, swimming in the heated pool, and grilling out. My husband and I especially loved the live music at Red Fish Taco that we could catch from the balcony while our toddlers were tucked in for the night. We will absolutely stay here again when we get a chance to come back, it was a perfect fit for our family!

Our stay was fantastic! We only had a couple of hiccups, the shower curtain needed to be replaced and the light on the porch was missing…however, Seth had someone there first thing in the morning to fix these little issues. We loved being within walking distance of the beaches for walks and sunset, but didn’t care for the chair service at the Redfish Village private beach. The chair rental business doesn’t allow you to use your own beach gear in the first two rows closest to the water, which is dangerous with small children. My father, an expert lifesaver, rescued a man pulled out in a riptide before the lifeguards could get to him. This is why we like to have eyes on the water at all times. The beach issue is of course no fault of Seth’s. We made the drive to our favorite beach, Dune Allen, which is still fairly close, and absolutely beautiful. Being close to Redfish Taco was amazing but dangerous…considering I could eat my weight in margaritas, shrimp queso, and redfish tacos!

First, Seth is an amazing host. He presented very clear instructions, was very responsive to my questions, and made my family feel welcome. Second, this condo is amazing and the perfect size for 6 people. It was super clean, quaint, very modern, and everything we needed for the long weekend. Anything you want to do is either within walking distance (beach, a few restaurants, gas) or a 5 to 10 minute drive (larger grocery stores, shops). The pool area was clean, spacious, with plenty of seating and an amazing place to just relax and read a book. There's a fantastic Mexican/seafood restaurant on the premises that serves the best food and margaritas, plus the live music was outstanding. This is a very family-friendly place to visit and Seth's guest booklet was extremely helpful in finding everything we needed! We will be back here next year for sure!

We had a great time staying here! Hosts were quick to respond and even let us check in early when we arrived earlier than expected. Place was clean, beds were comfy, and the coffee was an unexpected plus. Only wish it would have included some beach chairs but nothing that wouldn’t keep me from coming back! There is a restaurant/bar with live music every night just steps from the condo as well as an ice cream shop which we both loved. Definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back.

My parents and I decided to stay a few more days in the area last minute and thankfully were able to book this place. Location was great. 6 min from Grayton less than 10 min from Seaside. Really cool taco bar with live music right next to the condo. I’ve been to some airbnbs where it was so difficult to locate and get in. Not here. Literally drove us right in, got a parking spot under a canopy area and rode the elevator up. It’s right off the elevator, so it’s perfect. Beds comfortable. Sheets clean. Overall 5/5.

my husband and i stayed here with our two young children. we loved being close to the restaurants of grayton beach and seaside, etc. the walk to the beach was pretty easy and manageable with the kids. we all slept comfortably and had a great time!

We had a great time. Very quick walk to the beach with private access. Lots of good food nearby. We had a comfortable stay. I would rate cleanliness 4 out of 5 stars. Only recommendations would be larger blankets for the bunk beds and more/better seating in the living area. With 6 people is was hard to sit comfortably.

This was our first visit to 30A and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect! Lots to do, plenty of great restaurants within walking distance as well as convenient location near the beach. The condo itself was adorably decorated and very clean. Our hosts provided us with all of the basic necessities as well.

The television in the den did not work most of our visit. They replaced it before we left. The stove made beeping noises until we figured it out. The rug in the den and other furnishings were not in good shape. We were interrupted during our stay by a plumber looking for a leak. The property managers were very responsive to the issues but there were simply too many issues with this property. The complex itself is great and we will stay there again but not at this particular property.

I couldn't speak higher of this property and its owners. From the very beginning throughout our entire stay and exit, these owners were so attentive to everything we needed. We knew we loved this area and location from previous stays, but this was our first time at this property! We had one minor hiccup with the AC unit, but the owners were on it immediately and kept us informed each step of the way. Plus, it was cool outside, so we opened the doors and thought nothing of it! The rooms are so much bigger than the pictures show, which was such a surprise! Everything was so clean and as-shown in the pictures and as-described in the listing. My sons, 4 & 8, LOVED the bunk beds in the hall and treated them as their own little unwind hideaway coming off a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach-- you can't get a better accommodation than this in most of 30A! If you have a lot of stuff with you, or want to finish the drink your hand, you call and a private shuttle comes to pick you up and drop you off at the private beach entrance. Ready to come back and don't feel like walking (which is just one block), the shuttle will take you back at your convenience. Top notch service, if you ask me :) The pools are also incredible, with the most spacious playground by the grill area. If you have kiddos, you'll want to stay here for that alone! It was cool a night, so it was great to open the balcony and listen to some live music at Red Fish Taco (plays until 9pm sharp), or even just walk down there for some food and come back up and play board games with the family. As for the rooms, they were perfect. The master is right off the front door, near the washer and dryer, which was super helpful to help make my boys feel safer with us close by. The closet was HUGE! The guest room was MASSIVE and just perfect if you have 4 others traveling with you. It is off the second balcony entrance, which was nice for her to go out and read if we had to put our kiddos down. My mom enjoyed this suite, getting some kid-free time :) If you're looking for top-notch communication, with a luxury stay in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, look no further. We'll definitely be coming back :)

Property was really nice. Rooms were spacious and updated. The room was fully cleaned prior to check in. Check in and check out procedures were super easy and it took a lot of stress away after an 8 hour drive. The only issue we had was the TV in the Master did not work.

Great condo - very family friendly. Location/shuttle to the beach was great. We loved the pool & playground. Condo was clean. We loved sitting on the porch listening to music but by late evening the property was quiet with no nighttime disturbances. (Which we appreciated!) We would definitely stay here again.
