FIRST FLOOR:
The main level features an open-concept living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, convenient half bath, and a cozy outdoor sitting area. Just outside, you'll find the outdoor dining space and grill, perfect for family meals after a day at the beach.

SECOND FLOOR:
The second level features three king bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. One serves as the primary suite and includes a private balcony. The full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor for added convenience.

THIRD FLOOR:
Head upstairs to a second living area, providing the perfect space for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day in the sun. This floor also includes another king bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony, along with a spacious bunk room featuring two king beds, Twin XL bunks above each king, twin trundles beneath, and its own private bathroom.

Nestled within the quiet Treetop community, Still Waters on 30A offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you just minutes from everything that makes 30A special. Guests enjoy access to the private Seacrest Beach, a community pool, and a seasonal neighborhood tram that provides convenient transportation to the beach.

Located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you'll be close to boutique shopping, locally loved restaurants, coffee shops, and scenic bike paths. Easy access to Highway 98 also makes exploring the surrounding area simple while avoiding much of the traffic along Scenic 30A.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 25 years old to book and stay at the property during entire reservation period
- No pets
- Just a quick heads-up: once you book we'll be using our nifty guest messaging platform for all our chit-chats, so keep an eye on your text for messages from our 850 phone number.
