Located in Seagrove Beach south of Scenic 30A, the home overlooks a tranquil coastal dune lake and is just a short walk to the beach. This spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for family vacations, group getaways, or simply relaxing in style.

The expansive outdoor space features a large private pool (28 ft x 12 ft) with an inviting paver patio, perfect for lounging on the provided chaise chairs. A nearby dining area with a grill allows for memorable poolside meals. Additionally, the screened-in wraparound porch offers shaded seating, a ceiling fan, and an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails as the sun sets.
