We absolutely loved our stay at Jason & Seth’s place! The pictures perfectly captured the house and its true beauty! Having less than a 5 min beach walk (or even shorter bike/golf cart ride) made enjoying each sunrise and sunset on the beach so easy. The house was comfortable and designed very well to encourage being together as a family, with a very large group space downstairs. The pool was also much bigger than we were expecting (which was a plus) and we used it daily. All in all, if I could give this more than 5-stars I would as it was the perfect beach getaway for our group!

My husband and I decided to visit Santa Rosa Beach, Florida after a recommendation from a friend since we were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary. We surely selected the right place. We absolutely enjoyed the location on a quiet street where the houses aren't tightly packed together as you'd see in some areas of Seaside and along 30A. Walking to the beach was easy and quick. The beach equipment provided including the beach umbrella, Tommy Bahama lounge chairs and wagon was definitely useful and convenient. I loved the open space downstairs as this is where we spent a significant amount of time. Unfortunately, during our stay, the HVAC system upstairs stopped working. When this occurred however, Jason contacted us quickly and spoke to us and presented several solutions. We liked the house so much because of the private pool, comfortability, and location that we decided to stay anyway. Jason handled the situation professionally and truly took care of us! Appreciated!

This house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our girls’ trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect, and we loved having plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. Jason was very informative and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole process so easy. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

Stayed for a couples trip during Labor Day and had a great time at Jason’s place! Very responsive and communicated all house instructions early and often. The house was spacious, clean, and such a great layout to keep everyone together without feeling crowded. The pool with kiddos was so great, and loved having the beach access so close and walkable. Highly recommend!

Jason states on his host page that he “tries to go above and beyond for his guests and is passionate about providing amazing experiences for his guests.” And that is by far exactly what he did. I have been coming to the Destin area for almost 20 years, at least 4-5 times a year, and he is the best host so far. To future renters, a little advice for this particular rental take pictures and or videos when you arrive and depart because this home is beautiful and there is an additional credit card hold for damages. Very clean, spacious and fun getaway. The bathrooms felt very luxurious. Lots of storage space for guests clothing. Very nice laundry/mudroom area and outdoor shower to wash off sand. Did not expect it to have so many things we brought with us but weren’t in the listing such as a wagon for the beach, hair dryers, laundry detergent was provided, dish soap. We could’ve packed a lot less lol. There were plenty of beach towels for a large group. I also liked that all the bathrooms had hand soap because most places we visit don’t include this and I don’t like kids not washing their hands well. This was our first year getting a private pool and the group really enjoyed it. I appreciated the alarm to keep kids from going out unsupervised and risking safety.

Well equipped, beautiful home! I do wish there had been more paper towels and trash bags though. The hosts answered so quickly, were kind and accommodating! Would stay here again!

We loved the downstairs layout especially. Beautifully decorated and plenty of parking. We had everything we needed. And it was so nice to have an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the private pool to come back to!

We had great 8 days here. The location was the best for walking to the beach! We rode the bikes to coffee and dinner some of the days and it was nice to have the option for this. The private pool was great. Place is just as described, and clear communication with host! Their guidebook for local options and property info was really helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and again close to many places, short drive to Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beach.

Wonderful stay! Not many reviews, but Could not ask for any better! Great central location for 30A house was amazing, fully stocked. Pool was great, take the heated option less in early spring. Cookware was wonderful. Beach access was convenient and easy. Can’t ask for much more!

Our family spent almost a week at this listing and had a great visit! Home is beautiful, very clean, spacious and exactly as seen in the pictures. Our kids (4 and 2) absolutely loved the pool and upstairs bunk room. The home had most everything we needed, including beach equipment (chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella and boogie boards). We did have a few minor issues (one beach chair was rusted through/broken, one of the bike locks wouldn't open) and Jason's team was incredibly responsive and friendly. One other note is that they do not include any salt/pepper/cooking oil, so that was a bit of a surprise (every other Airbnb I've rented usually has those included). Not a big deal, just something to note if you go to the grocery store on your way into town. We really enjoyed the walkability of the home (quick walk to the beach, a few coffee shops, restaurants, etc) and super close to the Timpoochee trail, so great for riding bikes. We will definitely be back!
