We had a wonderful time. Stayed there with my children and grandchildren and loved it. That is quite a lot coming from someone who doesn't really like the beach. Lol Condo was right on the beach and quite private. Would definitely stay there again. Kudos to Jason and the cleaning staff, have never had such clean bathrooms. 5+ rating there.

Incredible place to stay! It’s right on the beach and has a great view. It was so nice to watch the sunrises and sunsets every day. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space.

This is our second year to stay at sol to soul with our son and daughter and their spouses and granddaughter. The space is perfect and right on the beach. Clean and kitchen adequately equipped with what we needed. The toaster wasn’t working and they brought us a replacement right away. After a storm the AC wasn’t cooling, maintenance came and fixed it within an hour. We would love to continue our family beach vacation here. I can tell just from last year the couch and chairs are starting to look worn down.

It’s was nice, I felt comfortable however I had an issue with the balcony furniture, very stained and dirty. I tried to clean but had to use towels to sit on. The Tvs in the guest bedrooms did not work. Hot water did not last long. Two issues of maintenance, a water pressure test and a new washer and dryer replacement caused late to dinner reservations. All in all a good stay.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This review came as a surprise to us since the only issue we discussed was the washer and dryer. We immediately replaced it on day two with a new one so laundry was available for your stay. The balcony furniture, TVs, or hot water... were never brought to our attention. That's a bummer because those are all items we could have addressed the same day to make things more comfortable for you. We’ll be checking the outdoor furniture right away and reviewing the TVs and hot water to ensure they’re working properly. Highly recommend! We brought our almost 2 year old toddler and in laws and had a wonderful time! House is fully stocked with everything you need. Private beach is a PLUS! We found a spot on the beach every day and it wasn’t too crowded. Walkable restaurants and bakeries. Liked that it was close but further away from all the business of seaside area. Great location for families!

I highly recommend staying at Sol a Sol! It was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The place was large enough to accommodate all of us and with it just being steps away from the beach it was extremely conveniently! The condo had all the appliances needed to cook at home. In addition, it had multiple items to be used at the beach! Lastly, both Jason and Seth were extremely communicative and responsive to any questions we had. We definitely plan to stay at Jason and Seth's place again the future!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Spent Thanksgiving at Jason and Seth’s property in Blue Mountain Beach. This has to be the most comprehensively stocked home we’ve ever rented. Literally everything I needed to prepare a huge Thanksgiving meal was available including a rice cooker, crockpot, fantastic Cafe brand induction range, and high-end refrigerator with wine storage drawer. After a long drive we appreciated comfy bedding and linens, plenty of bath towels and toiletries, and even beach towels. The location and view were amazing. We enjoyed nightly drinks on one of the two gulf front balconies while looking for dolphins and taking many, many pics of stunning sunsets which was followed by star-gazing. Private beach access is literally steps from the unit. We ate great food, laughed until we cried playing cards and board games and took turns working on a puzzle. The unit is configured with ample room provided for privacy as well as for family gatherings. Great responsive hosts!

This condo was just beautiful. Gorgeous, tasteful, airy beach feel to the home. The kitchen is open to the dining/living area which looks straight out to the ocean. The deck, both on that level and the one above, are cozy & comfortable w/nice seating. Having deck doors open at mornings & night just to hear the ocean were our favorite parts. A close second were the large, beautiful bedrooms. I have to say, the linens were so soft and mattresses were really comfortable to all of us. All bathrooms were so light and airy and well stocked with soft towels. I can't say enough about what a special place this felt to us. We loved the spaciousness, the games in the living room console, the big kitchen island & lovely dining table. Jason and Seth were great with any questions we had and made us feel welcome before we even arrived. Only downside... & just for someone with movement issues to know when booking, all bedrooms are up 1 & 2 sets of stairs. Otherwise, a perfect ocean getaway!

Jason’s place was immaculate. Everything was exactly as described and as the pictures showed. From memory foam beds to comfy couches and big screen TVs to beach chairs and umbrellas, everything about our stay was perfect. Jason’s proactive communication and responsiveness are unmatched. Numerous times during our trip, our group commented on how Jason’s place was one of…if not the best..AirBnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Can’t say enough great things about the condo, the location, and the host. If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Despite encountering several issues during our stay, such as the washer not working upon arrival (which was fixed on the 3rd day of our stay), the non-functional ice maker (which remained unresolved), and not being informed until the day of arrival about poor cell coverage, my family and I still appreciated the beautiful condo. It offered breathtaking views and excellent beach access. There are additional issues to note outside of our stay: many important details were not communicated until after we booked our stay and just hours before arriving, such as the cell coverage issue and the $100 charge for a lost key fob. The most significant detail not outlined in the listing is that the hosts require guests to sign a rental agreement outside of the AirBnB platform, which we were only notified of after paying in full. This agreement includes non-refundable clauses for natural disasters and road closures, as well as a $100 incidentals deposit that has not been returned as of 7/11/2024.

I'm glad you enjoyed the views and the beach. I’m very sorry we missed the mark to earn 5 stars for your stay. I’m super bummed about it. Regarding the dryer, we did notify you prior to check-in that the heating element went out and that a replacement part was ordered. You indicated it wouldn't be an issue and that you didn’t expect to need it for your first couple of days. As for the ice maker, I didn't see any communication from you about it, but I’ve already opened a ticket to get it fixed. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. As for cell coverage, 30A generally has poor service, and we notify our guests on the day of check-in as a courtesy. We thought we were doing a good thing by sharing how to enable Wi-Fi calling to ensure the best cell experience possible. This issue is not specific to this condo. The key fob process from the HOA is brand new, and you were the first guest to use them. The change was made to prevent non-residents from accessing the private beach. Regarding the rental agreement, as an Airbnb Superhost and a connected host with about 40 places on 30A, we maintain certain standards. This requirement is mentioned in the additional requirements section of our listing. Regarding the $100 for incidentals, that is just an authorization hold—we never charged your card. Again, I’m very sorry we let you down. We pride ourselves on providing 5-star experiences, which is evident if you look at our profile and read all our reviews. - Jason

Sol a Soul was definitely a place of solace, and medicine for the soul! The condo was exactly as it was pictured. The view was INCREDIBLE!!! The beach access was perfect! Jason was very responsive and informative! We actually used one of the transportation services he listed for transportation back to the airport. We also used the golf cart rental place he recommended as our main transportation while staying in the condo! The list of restaurants and activities he provides was amazing!! Again, Jason was very informative, responsive, proactive, and reactive!! This vacation was one that will always be remembered!

We have 3 kids who love the room upstairs with bunks! We also loved that they supplied boogie boards and beach chairs making it extra easy to enjoy the beach. Definitely plan to stay again!

One of the nicest properties we have booked. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Furnishings were high end and presented like new. We really enjoyed the direct beach view from the family room and master suite. There were shops and restaurants in walking distance.
