Had such a wonderful stay. The home is absolutely beautiful, very clean, and in a fantastic location — close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The beds were incredibly comfy and cozy, which made it so easy to relax and unwind. The layout was perfect for multiple families, with plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded. Everything felt welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Truly loved my time here and can’t wait to book again — next time with friends!

Excellent home! Beautiful location! We had a great visit and plan to return with our children and grandchildren. We had no problems either visit, and the host was very responsive to all our needs. I highly recommend you consider this home for your visit to the Rosemary Beach area.

Seas the Day was an exceptional place to stay! The home is beautiful, very trendy, and thoughtfully designed. Everything worked perfectly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The house sits up in the treetops of a gorgeous, quiet neighborhood, which made it feel both peaceful and private. The location is ideal—close to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, with easy access to everything Inlet Beach has to offer. It truly felt like a high-end getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our experience and stay exceeded our expectations. The house was so cozy and well furnished. I was SOOOOO GLAD there was an elevator to go to the 3rd floor with luggage… the entire house was laid out in an excellent fashion… I really liked that there were family rooms on every floor for different groups of the party to gather. I want to take that kitchen home with me…or maybe just the appliances 😂…well done for those of us who like to cook. The bikes in the garage made getting around super easy and the wagon to haul stuff down to the beach made it super easy to get everything there and back. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention how GOOD THE BEDS WERE…after a long day of activities in the heat & humidity it was amazing to crash on that bed! It was so good, I did something I never do…SLEEP IN. Overall it was an excellent stay and we are wanting to book our next vacation there!

This place is fantastic! Close proximity to the beach (can bike there), but far enough from the beach it’s much more quiet too. Best of both worlds, in my opinion. The host was so easy to communicate with and gave extremely detailed instructions and recommendations for the area. Would absolutely recommend this place!

10 out of 10… close to everything, clean, spacious, great hosts, and well furnished. Better than the pics (unlike the last two Airbnbs we’ve stayed at in 30A). The two master bedrooms with private patios were perfect for both families and the beds were more comfortable than our own at home. Feel like we could have brought a third family! Booking here again.

I want to move here! I love Treetops. Great spot and a hidden gem. Felt tucked away (it's gated) and quiet, but as close as you want to be to all the energy of Rosemary and Aly's Beach. Everything is perfectly bikeable. Perfect blend of a luxury house that feels like a warm home. Great kitchen, two master suites, and a garage. Kids loved the community pool that's just a 1-minute walk away. The private beach shuttle made getting to the sand effortless. Great spot!

The trip to Florida was spontaneous. My mother passed away so my four sisters and I decided to choose a beach town to heal. Then booked this 5-bedroom airbnb in Rosemary-Intel-Seacrest Beach 🏝️ FL was the perfect place. The sisters and I felt at home enjoying the features of the home. We rented bikes, walked to the beach and shops, the restaurants, and had a movie night at home. The home has lots of gatherings spaces and I loved sitting on the front porch, walking the neighborhood, and cooking at home. The air system has an excellent output for the very hot Florida weather. This home allowed my sisters and I rekindle our relationship we’ve lost with one another, morn the loss of our mother, and heal ourselves. Su Aziz

This place was as gorgeous as the pictures! Very spacious for a large family, oversized rooms and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. The Tram service to the beach was not consistent and hard to get in touch with. The kitchen although clean had a fruit fly problem. This was easily addressed. The back lock was hard to navigate and the hot water was not exactly on demand on any floor. We had a strange alarm go off middle of the night that we assume was a carbon monoxide detector. Even with these slight inconveniences we enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the amenities and close proximity to 30 A and all it has to offer.

We were surprised to hear about the issues with the tram service, fruit flies, hot water and alarm, as none of these were not communicated to us during your stay. The only concern you mentioned was regarding the code to access the key for the back door, which we promptly addressed right away. Had we been aware of the other concerns, we would have taken immediate action to resolve them and ensure a more enjoyable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Stay at Seas The Day! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Seas The Day, hosted by Seth and Jason, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The house itself is stunning, with spacious rooms, and all the amenities one could wish for. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local attractions, yet nestled in a serene and peaceful area. Seth and Jason went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and their prompt responses to any inquiries were much appreciated. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces, which were perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The kids had a blast, and the adults loved the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas for our night of Mexican cuisine and the barbecue. Thank you, for an amazing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The beds were so comfortable and small details made it all the better. To the fine touches of soft face towels to the nicely fragranced hand soaps. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances for any type of cooking. Only a short bike ride to the beach or easy transportation by tram to the beaches in Seacrest. I highly recommend this property.

The house was lovely, spacious, well-appointed and decorated beautifully. We had everything we needed and more. Though we weren’t as close to the water as we might have liked, having the free shuttle service was convenient and always very prompt. We particularly liked the elevator, after we figured out how to use it! It was really helpful for 2 of our party who had bad knees and bad feet, as well as for moving luggage up and down the stairs. The management team were also excellent and very prompt in responding to all of our inquiries or SOS calls. We would strongly recommend this property or any others in their inventory.

The house was in a great location. 5 minute bike ride into all the action. But far enough away so it’s not loud at night. About a 8 minute bike ride to Inlet beach. Great having the bikes and beach chairs and umbrellas that the owner has provided. House is stocked well. But not a ton of decorations on the wall. My only complaint is that there is no patio furniture on the front porch. It’s pretty hot in the morning and the sun is hitting the second and third floor decks that do have really nice, comfy furniture. It’s stays shaded on the front porch but there was only one random chair. Also the only access to the decks on second and third floor is through bedrooms. So having that nice furniture on the front porch would’ve been nice. Overall, this is a great place to rent. Beds are super comfortable and I would totally stay here again.

This is the perfect location in the community where it is tucked away and quiet and the perfect location in the local area where you can easily ride bikes to the beach, local restaurants and great shopping. The house has the perfect set up for extended families traveling together with kids with plenty of space to spread out or hang out together. The beach chairs, umbrellas and ice chest were an added touch that helped make the trips to the beach amazing.

Location is awesome! The house is awesome too! There are a couple of small things but the mgmt quickly attended to them. The tram is super fast and Kyle is driver was really friendly and always quick to show up. I would definitely stay again. It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood but also easily accessible to Rosemary and Alys, restaurants, Publix, etc.

Our family truly enjoyed staying at this house!The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I stayed in the 2nd floor king size bedroom suite. Our two adult single children each had their own queen size rooms and bath on the second floor. Our daughter and son-in-law stayed in the third floor king-size suite, which connects to the third floor nice-sized family room. Our two grandsons (28 months and 10 months) slept in porta cribs that we took, but there was one stored in the second floor king suite. A set of bunk beds was also in the family room area. The house location was convenient to the beach and the bus service was excellent...quick and easy! Ryan, the driver, was very helpful. The pool was great and we often had it to ourselves. Having 4 bikes available to us was a real plus! We enjoyed riding to the Rosemary Beach square, as well as other areas.The only two things we would have changed was that the elevator wasn't working. The management responded quickly and even came at night to try to repair it, but were unable to solve the issue.They called the elevator company but they couldn't schedule the service call until after we left.Luckily we had some strong young men with us.The second thing that was a bit frustrating was that the hard floors were dirty. They were a nice gray color and looked clean, but if you walked barefoot, your feet got very dark. All of our adults just kept our shoes on, but it was difficult with toddlers. Overall,we loved the house!!

Our family had a fantastic week in Rosemary Beach. The house was modern and clean. Plenty of room for everyone. The property management company was great to work with. Very nice and responsive. Would rent again. Highly recommend.

The location is good, but be prepared to walk (while hauling in all beach equip) to the private beach access. A bicycle was most helpful since the tram shuttle only runs 9-5. Food was crazy expensive and eating out was somewhat of a disappointment in the quality of the restaurants. The sunset on the beach was fabulous!
