We had a great time, the area was very peaceful and beautiful but a lot of fun things to do, the house was amazing exactly like the pictures and we are definitely coming back. The hosts were very friendly, polite and super quickly to respond! 5 ⭐️

We had an amazing stay! The townhouse was beautiful—stylish, and the perfect size for a small family. One of the highlights was the awesome golf cart with lights and a radio - best looking one around —it made exploring even more fun! We had groceries delivered before arrival, so the fridge was fully stocked and ready to go. The community was full of families biking around and enjoying themselves, which gave it such a fun and relaxed vibe. We loved being just a short walk or cart ride from the beach, pool, and all the food, shopping and entertainment at The Big Chill. Loved riding down to seaside as well. Everything was convenient, family-friendly!

We were honestly disappointed with our stay and wouldn’t return to this location. For the price, it just wasn’t worth it. When we arrived at 4:15 PM (after check-in time), the cleaning crew was still there and parked in our assigned spot. The bathroom was locked when we got in, and the overall cleanliness of the unit wasn’t great—there were gnats everywhere, which made it uncomfortable. Beach access was also a big letdown—definitely not as convenient or accessible as we expected. One of the bikes provided was broken as well. While the host was responsive, the issues we encountered really overshadowed that.

This review was honestly a surprise and feels unfair given how quickly we responded to everything. The cleaners were mopping their way out just minutes after check-in time, which we acknowledged and take responsibility for. As for the locked bathroom door, you originally said in a text that the cleaners may have locked it, then later mentioned your son could’ve done it. Either way, we had someone there within 10 minutes to take care of it. You mentioned a broken bike, which was just a chain issue and we fixed that fast too. While we were there, we didn’t see a single gnat, but we still left treatment just in case. To say the unit wasn’t clean because of that feels like a stretch. Nothing else was reported. Beach access is about a half mile away. Most guests love taking the golf cart provided—it’s often one of the highlights mentioned in all the reviews. Sorry the beach let you down. We host thousands of guests and maintain a 4.9+ average rating because we take pride in delivering great experiences and fixing any issues that come up quickly and personally. This review doesn't reflect the stay or the service provided, and calling out small, promptly resolved issues in a public review feels petty and misleading. -Jason

We all loved our stay at this beautiful home! The golf cart was a major plus as we did not have to rent a car. The home is comfortable, clean and in a great location.

The condo was great, very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was fun to drive and definitely was great taking it to the beach. Thought it was in a great location and really just a short drive from tons of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. I will say that it is advertised with a fitness center on premises but unfortunately that is not the case as it was closed down. Also just and fyi, it is also advertised that beach chairs are available but most of them were broken or rusted, so make sure you bring your own.

We did want to clarify a couple of things for future guests: we don’t advertise a fitness center as part of the amenities, so we’re not quite sure where that expectation came from, but we’ll double-check listings just to be sure! Regarding the beach chairs, we really appreciate you pointing that out. The salt air and sand can be tough on outdoor gear, but we do keep extra chairs in stock and would’ve been happy to drop off replacements if we’d known they were in rough shape. Having the golf cart during this stay was a real treat. We were able to go to deer lake park early in the morning as a family which was about a 5min drive via cart and it was beautiful (would highly recommend going in the morning). The hosts were also very responsive via text which was really nice. If we had any questions or issues, we had the opportunity to reach them, but aside from asking about the garage code, there were no issues at all. We really enjoyed our stay and my family will cherish this trip for a long time. One thing I would note though is that rosemary did not allow golf carts, so we had to drive there in our car for a day trips. If you don’t plan on going to rosemary, then this doesn’t apply. Other than that, this was a great place to hang with the family for a couple days. The beach access is a little further than we hoped, but the golf cart also made it easy to get to and the stay had beach items we could bring with us which made things easier as well.

Our stay was truly an amazing getaway. The location was perfect to the beautiful beaches. Really enjoyed the Big Chill right across the street. We would definitely recommend to any and everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed, and the bikes and golf cart were a huge plus! Everything was just as described and the place was extremely clean. The pool is right next to this unit which was so convenient. Directly across the street from the complex is The Big Chill which offers several dining options, an arcade, and some cute shops. There was an initial supply of toilet paper, detergent, coffee pods, and trash bags to get you started, and actually proved to be enough for our 5 night stay. I think what impressed me most was the communication from the hosts. Anytime I had a question the response was almost immediate. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We had a nice spring break vacation full of pool, and beach time. The Big Chill across the street was nice to have. Very family friendly. The golf cart was nice to get around and head to Deer Lake State Park.
