My family recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming house near the beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled just a short ride (LSV provided) from the shoreline, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The interior of the house is beautifully decorated, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The living spaces are spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable furniture and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy them in the lovely dining area. While the house itself is a haven of peace, it is conveniently located near local attractions. A short drive will take you to charming seaside towns, excellent restaurants, and various recreational activities. Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of delightful. The combination of a serene location, comfortable accommodations, and easy access to both the beach and local attractions made it the perfect getaway. I highly recommend it!

One of the best places we have stayed. Townhome was very clean and full of amenities- soap, dishes, cookware, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. Close to the pool. Golf cart was helpful getting to the beach and nearby restaurants at the Big Chill. Host was very responsive and helpful. We are already planning our next stay.

We absolutely loved the location and the home. We all felt right at home with ample space. The golf cart was so handy, the pool was great (and big), there were shops and restaurants right across the street, and the beach access was just a short drive away. Jason ensured we had everything we needed ahead of time and even sent helpful reminders. Would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jason’s this month! Check-in was easy, the house was spacious and beautiful, and the location cannot be beat! We walked to the pool and across the street to The Big Chill daily, and when we didn’t feel like walking, the golf cart was so easy and fun to use! We were close to restaurants, grocery stores, and most importantly, the beach! I absolutely would stay here again - and my family feels the same! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Jason's place was great. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and all of the amenities that were needed. The golf cart was exactly as described and fun for the kids for quick trips and cruising around the complex or over to the pool, but we found our rental car to be more efficient and convenient for trips to Seaside, Rosemary, Alys, and the beach, since we hauled a lot of the provided beach gear. Speaking of the beach gear - it was extremely helpful to have the chairs, wagon, small cooler, umbrellas, and sand toys. No need to bring or buy anything else! The complex itself is very nice and the pool was great - clean, warm, and never too crowded. Communication with the host was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. LOVED the high ceilings! Jason was extremely responsive and had great info provided before hand. We have a 3 and a 5 year old and couldn’t recommend the Prominence location more! Great pool and easy access to Big Chill for shopping and easy dinner without the wait/reservations. Golf cart made beach trips easy…we stuck with Deer Lake access because it was closest and worked great for us. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great stay at Jason’s place for our family vacation! The location is perfect! We loved the pool and the golf cart was such a fun addition to getting around 30A! The house is clean and spacious! We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is beautiful and was very clean. We really liked the added golf cart to be able to ride back and forth to the pool as well as the beach. The resort style pool was the added cherry on top! The only complaint we had has nothing to do with the house or host itself but the beach is quite the hike to get to. Once you pay the $3 to park, if using Deer Lake State Park, you then have to walk what felt like a mile to get to the beach. It is a boardwalk so you’re not walking in the sand the whole time but it’s a lot with all of your beach equipment and baby in tow. With that being said, the beach is beautiful! We will definitely be returning!

What a fantastic location right in the middle of 30A. We loved to take the golf cart across the street to the Big Chill and to the beach. The home is beautiful and we found our stay to be very comfortable. The hosts provided an excellent guidebook and responded quickly to any communication. Would love to stay here again!

My husband, two adult children and daughter in law stayed here for a week during Christmas holiday. There was plenty of space for five adults and the beds were very comfortable and nice linens. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need to cook, well stocked, just bring own spices you like. The frig and pantry has plenty of space for an extended stay. The tall windows offer wonderful light in the house and having the golf cart was very helpful to get to beach or drive around… just be aware that if you take it to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach there is no parking allowed for golf carts so take your car or bicycle. It is a comfortable space and Jason was a wonderful host to communicate with-very responsive and proactive in letting us know things or reminders as trip approached. Great neighborhood and location would come back!

Wonderful home. It had everything we needed. Owner communicated very well with a property guide to help us with everything from check-in to check-out. The pool was great for the kids. We had the best time during our stay. Hosts were so communicative and helpful with the few things that came up during our stay! The community pool was great, and the beach wasn’t that far away. Golf cart made it super easy getting to and from. We cooked a lot during our stay and the kitchen had everything we needed. House was cozy with 6 people, and the provided games made for great entertainment on a rainy day.

This was one of our best family trips, and the house had a huge part of that! It looks just like the pictures, perfect location, and great host. The house is in the in middle of everything, but away from busy. Right across the street from The Big Chill, which was great for our kids! The included golf cart was awesome and got us everywhere’s we wanted to go! We will be back!

This place was AWESOME! the location is great. It’s not ON the beach but you have the golf cart, which makes it super easy. The Big Chill is walkable and there are so many food and entertainment options. The townhouse is awesome. The floors were a little dirty (we only know that because the baby was crawling around and her hands and knees were a little black haha), but the house smelled and looked clean. The rooms and bathrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The “extras” in the house really made us love the place. It had an extra pack n play, 3 beach chairs, one bike, one umbrella, a infant counter seat for eating, sand toys, beach wagon, games, and beach towels. It really has everything you need for a family to enjoy the beach. The golf cart is nice and really make getting to the beach so much easier. We would definitely recommend this place.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. Not only was the house amazing, but when I reached out to Jason/ Seth- the response time was so quick and Seth was soo helpful! We even got to chatting and I had asked some personal recommendations and he walked through the details with me! Best host experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay again in the future!

We just stayed here with 4 adults 3 small children ages 8, 3, 2. We all had a great time. The townhouse looks just as pictured! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, pots, pans. We found two baby gates that were quite helpful with our busy 2 year old! Everyone thought the beds were very comfy and there was plenty of linens! We packed a few extra beach towels as the house only had 4. The pool is a short walk or quick golf cart ride away. The golf cart was such a great piece of the rental. We took it just about everywhere! The beaches in this area are so beautiful! We highly recommend staying here! We cannot wait to come back!

The house was nice and clean with beautiful furnishings, exactly as published on the listing. The kitchen had enough tools, utensils, and cookware if you want to cook. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow options. There was plenty of space for 8 of us. There are plenty of families with small children however it did not feel noisy. As a matter of fact, it felt safe for my teens to roam around on their own. There are 2 swimming pools but it was still cold in mid-April so we did not use it. Across the street is the Big Chill if you want to grab a bite. Love that the property comes with a 6 seater golf cart and was very useful during our trip. There is a $500 hold for the golf cart that is not mentioned on the listing so just know that so you won't be blindsided. The host was responsive. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in Santa Rosa Beach.

Our family of 5 had a great time visiting the area. The house was super clean and in a great central location accessible to all the beaches, restaurants and activities just minutes away. Hosts were responsive when the golf cart had a flat they sent someone quickly to fix it.

We have stayed many places on the 30A and this location in Prominence is the BEST! Located centrally between Rosemary and Seaside we are in biking distance to all the best places on the 30A! The kids love walking across the street to the Hub for a bite to eat or treat. The golf cart access is a must on the 30A, makes it so easy to get around and tote the beach stuff around. We had plenty of room at this spacious home, comfortable beds and well maintained home. You won’t regret it!
