While I do rate this place 5 stars, I did want to add a few things they could do to make it better. We noticed there were a lot of things broken or in need of repair. The biggest one that I think needs immediate repair is the ice maker and the water filter needs to be changed. The lightbulb in the master closet needs to be replaced. The doorknob in the master fell off randomly. The drawers under the bunk beds are broken and unusable. As someone who travels a lot, I feel like with an Airbnb it should feel more like a home than a hotel. I think a rug under the couch and some throw blankets would be a nice touch. Maybe even some board games for rainy days. I did want to note that they do have a pack n play and a fold up highchair for infant use. But that was it for baby items. Having a few toys and some bikes would really have elevated our stay here. Overall, we were happy with the place and would stay again once we are made aware of the repairs.

The house was well maintained, very clean and really great that it came with a golf cart to ride around the area on. Our host was very prompt with any questions that we had from the moment we arrived until we left. We had a great stay and the area was awesome. Plenty to do and great restaurants to go to, it was very quiet at night so resting was really good. We highly recommend this house and will be staying in the future. We enjoyed our first visit to 30A tremendously! This was a spacious and perfect place for our two young kids. We were comfortable and loved the golf cart. The drive to the beach access at the state park was short and it is beautiful. The Big Chill across the street was so convenient for a quick bite to eat or shopping.

The location was just okay. Across from the Big Chill but other than that not much to go to with a golf cart. The golf cart range is under 15 miles so you can’t venture far enough to make it worth the extra rental fee of $500 which they say is refundable. None of that was mentioned before booking. The golf cart was dirty and wet with someone’s socks in the front. The items for the beach like umbrellas and such are broken or badly worn. The owner was 15 min late letting us check in yet offered nothing in return but sends a text stating they charge you $75 for every 15 min you are late checking out. Additionally another text charging $125 to retrieve a lost item if accidentally left behind. The process is unlike any other Airbnb I’ve rented before & I would have rented elsewhere if I had known the additional steps which are forced insurance or rental fees after booking a non refundable booking. Definitely the worst spot I’ve rented on 30A because of the lack transparency and amenities.

It appears we really missed the mark with your stay. First off, I want to apologize. Typically, 95 out of 100 guests love this location because it's centrally located between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, offering the best of both worlds. Regarding the golf cart, we're upgrading it with lithium batteries next week, which will extend the range to about 40 miles on a single charge. Looking back at the messages I know you were disappointed that you couldn't take it to Shunk Gulley, but that is 26 miles round trip. I'm not sure I would recommend you take a lithium card that far either. I'd also like to clarify that the golf cart was included at no additional cost. We do run a $500 authorization hold, similar to a rental car, which automatically falls off after checkout. If you check your credit card statement, you'll see that you were never actually charged. This information is also clearly stated on the front page of our listing. - Jason As for the beach gear, I apologize if any items like an umbrella was broken. We would have been happy to replace them had you let us know. I've made a note to check the gear more thoroughly, and we have more at our facility which is just a mile down the road with plenty of extras. It's the end of the busy season and we refresh that stuff each year. I’m unsure what you meant by us being 15 minutes late for your check-in, as it's self-check-in starting at 4pm. This is all very confusing as we did not tell you to wait past 4pm. We work hard to accommodate early check-ins too when possible and appreciate guests understanding the importance of checking out on time, especially during the busy season. We send a courtesy reminder at checkout to help guests remember to grab all their belongings, which has been well-received by most guests. Again, we're really sorry we missed the mark during your stay and hope we get another opportunity to host you in the future. For anyone reading this review, please check our profile to see that we strive for five-star experiences and average over a 4.9 rating and take guest feedback very seriously. We stayed here with our three sons and it was great. The neighborhood felt safe and my boys loved riding bikes around. The golf cart was so convenient as well. I would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing! We loved the house, the location, the pool and the very short golf cart drive to the beach access. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures, instructions for everything were extremely helpful, and our hosts had truly thought of everything. This has been our favorite air bnb home, to date. Very satisfied! Family of 6 loved this place! Our favorite was driving the golf cart down 30A to Seaside , and Deer Lake beach. The pool was another favorite. The house was perfect and clean and comfortable. This was our first time not staying in a condo with a beach view , but this was way more convenient with loading car, and having room, golf cart , and not crowded like resorts get. We all had a great time and loved this town and want to come back soon.

Super responsive hosts! Check in and out were seamless. We loved the pool, to big chill across the street and the golf cart access to nearby beaches. Place was well stocked and we appreciated the little things that made it feel like home - nightlights in the bunk room, sidewalk chalk, a freezer pack that fit the provided cooler perfectly. Will definitely be back!

Great house for a long weekend in the general Seaside area. It’s ideal for a family of 4-6 people, very clean, fantastic location, and has all the amenities you would need. The host was very informative and proactive with all the pertinent information, so much so I never had to reach before or during rental for any needs. That’s somewhat rare with AirBNB’s. I highly recommend this location and already have to many of my friends. Great job! Thank you!

This is a great house in a well located neighborhood. We have 3 young kids who love the pool and this house is an easy walk to the pool or across the street to the Hub area. The golf cart makes all the difference, so thanks for including it! The house is nice and spacious - super comfortable for a family of 5-6, easily! We frequent 30A and this house will be top of our list to use, especially when we are using the Watersound Club again. It's just across the street from the Watersound Club, so that was also a huge plus for us. We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the owners being so responsive to any text questions we had. The location was really nice..across the street from the Big Chill, half way between Rosemary beach and Seaside made cycling a pleasure. One of the days we rode all the way to Grayton beach. Although we didn’t use the golf cart for our trip, it would be extremely helpful in managing kids and beach stuff next time!

This was our 5th stay in Prominence. It’s the first one we stayed where the golf cart was included- we always have to rent one in addition, so that was very helpful! There were so many great things with this unit such as the beach cart & chairs, beach toys, etc. . . Super helpful when you have small children and typically have to buy all of those items separate. The kitchen was also stocked with a lot of utensils and things you need to prepare meals, in comparison to other units, which typically only have bare minimum. This unit was definitely the most equipped that we’ve seen, for a family who plans to cook breakfast and dinner, as opposed to eating out.

Had a great time! Condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was great to take down to the state park for the beach! Jason and Seth were exceptional hosts! I would love to stay at one of their properties again. I’m not certain I would pick this particular one. We did not enjoy the back deck that overlooked overgrown bushes and a trailer park- many nights there were bonfires and the smoke was also terrible. The corner lot was challenging with small children as golf carts/ and vehicles drive without caution and come around the corner abruptly. If you’re one who likes to unpack when you arrive, there are no dressers in bedrooms other than the master. The pool is perfect for families with young children! The beach is a close distance and the golf cart is such a wonderful addition! Overall, these things were minor setbacks and the hosts were easy to reach for any and all questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to return to the area soon!

Back behind the townhome through the wooded area are a couple maintenance buildings off in the distance for the state park employees. I bet they were doing some controlled burns. This is a MUST. Location is perfect!!! Rosemary beach right down the road seaside opposite direction so you are completely in the middle. The Hub is directly across the street. Townhouse was on the end in a very private location. House decorated perfect, very clean and nice touches throughout the home. Golf cart was a bonus plus wagon and chairs for the beach. We looked for homes for weeks and couldn’t have picked a better house. Will definitely be back.
