Great place and very clean. The golf cart and bikes were a nice addon. Only issue we had was with Roku TVs but got the figured out quickly by replacing batteries in the remote. Communication was amazing! Any questions was immediately answered. Would stay here again. Internet was very good for streaming and doing any remote work. Water pressure was amazing, if you like a great hot shower. Last, pool was amazing for the kids.

This was a very convenient and nice place to stay on our very first visit to 30A. The kitchen was very nice and equipped for making dinner. The home was very comfortable and decorated very nice. They had a keurig and supplied coffee which was great. We barbecued at the pool one of the nights and the bbq and table and sink at the pool were a plus. We had a family of 4 plus my parents and there was plenty of space. The Big Chill across the street was the best part! They had great restaurants and music and arcades for the kids. We enjoyed Louie’s pizza and the Nectar smoothie & coffee bar. There were cute shops and it was a really fun place to hang out. The golf cart was fun and the bikes came in handy as my son and husband rode their bikes to go fishing in the mornings. The condo is centrally located to a lot of the different beaches in the area so we got to visit most of them. 30A is a beautiful place!

The condo itself is a beautiful condo. It fit my family perfectly. The golf cart was so nice to have. We used it so much which saved on gas for our rental car. My kids loved riding in it! The beach gear in the garage was nice to have. One of the umbrellas was broken, but we just paid the $30 at the beach for an extra umbrella. My kids loved the boogie boards. I do think the condo is a little overpriced. We met a lovely family across the street that paid the same as us, but stayed an extra 2 days. Their amenities were similar to ours. While looking to book this place on the app the price somehow dropped about $400 while clicking around different options. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and are grateful we had the opportunity to stay here.

Enjoyed our long weekend over Memorial Day. Seth was a great host and very responsive. Pool area was great. You can also drive the golf cart to the beach with plenty of parking at Deer Lake state park.

The stay was amazing. Having Seth and Jason in easy communication was like a personal concierge on my phone. The home was very spacey and accommodating for everything we needed. The location of the property was so convenient to anything we wanted to do in the area, such as the restaurants, pool, beaches, etc. The golf cart amenity was a must and did not disappoint. We look forward to our next visit and stay at their beautiful home!

We had never stayed on 30A. This was such a gem of a place to stay. We came as a get away trip with my friend who is battling cancer. This was a fantastic neighborhood and so convenient to the pool and the big chill. she could easily come back to rest if she needed that. You are close enough, yet far away enough to not hear the music at night. If you are a first timer to 30A,it can be a little bit overwhelming. The hosts were great with answering questions. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. By far the best experience overall we’ve had with an Airbnb and the hosts. Riding the golf cart to the beach and dinner is part of the fun on 30A. The heated pools were a god send in March. We would absolutely come back.

Wonderful stay- super close to the beach, maybe a 2 minute golf cart ride, which was so fun playing music and just cruising looking at the beautiful scenery. stunning location- This place is right next to The Big Chill and the best pizza place! Kids loved riding the bikes and playing around at big chill. Would 100% stay again! The only down side is the weird encounter with the security guards there- beware!

Seth’s place was great! The neighborhood Prominence is excellent and located close to both Rosemary Beach and Seaside! The golf cart was great and we took it to Deer Lake State Park to go to the beach! The house could have been a bit cleaner and the king bed was uncomfortable but I spoke with Seth and he was very receptive to my feedback! He always communicated and was very responsive when I asked questions before our trip. Such a nice host! The house was also stocked with everything you need and more! Would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful home with wonderful calming color scheme. The local guide provided was great. The golf cart made getting around fun and easy. The kitchen had even more amenities than expected. The king bed was not the most comfortable but overall it was okay. The community pool was well maintained and not overly crowded. The bikes, beach items, and beach towels were great additions. Definitely a great place to stay.

Beautiful rental, nice golf cart and bicycles were also nice to have available. We took our teenage grandchildren and they loved it. Everything you need for a fun day at beach is available in the garage. Seth promptly responded to any questions we had and provided us with a huge selection of options available in the area. Overall very nice area and the Townhouse is topnotch!

This place is in a great location with the large community pool , the "Big Chill" across the street and our favorite, the beach. The Golf cart (New) was very nice and useful for this location. We used it to travel to Deer Lake Park, Beach and all the other surrounding areas we wanted. Although it was probably the busiest week of the year (Memorial Day weekend), we found it very easy to access all the amenities. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home & neighborhood! They thought of everything... golf cart, beach towels, chairs, pull cart, umbrella, coolers, bikes, lots of kitchen appliances, detergents, the list goes on & on. Beach access is down the road, but the golf cart makes it a good experience. There are parking spots and very clean bathrooms ($3/day) The boardwalk is long, it does have a ramp down to the sand, beautiful scenery and beach was Not over crowded. If you have a hard time walking you would want a wheelchair, otherwise.. no complaints. Amazing family trip!

We really enjoyed staying at Dune the Right Way. Very family friendly! We were close to many of the things we enjoy doing in the 30A area. Loved that the unit provided a golf cart and bikes. It made getting around even better. We frequented the Deer Lake State Park for the beach. The unit had everything we needed for the beach from chairs, toys, towels and more. The unit was very spacious with great amenities. Thankful for such responsive hosts as well! I highly recommend Bike rides to Beachy Bean coffee in the mornings.

This was our second visit to the Prominence community and we were beyond pleased with the house. I feel like all the little details were thought of and covered and that made the place feel more like home! The golf cart is a major perk! We had a minor issue with it on day one however, Seth & Jason were both unbelievably fast in their responses and they were incredible helpful/kind. We were up and running in no time! The area in itself is great. I travel with young kiddos so I'm not looking for a crazy beach scene. I feel like it's quiet, family oriented, and centrally located. You can bike/cart in either direction and be met with multiple options for food, beach, or shopping. In addition, The Big Chill is across the street (you can walk) and it's perfect for a family or even date night! We had a wonderful week and are so thankful to Seth for lending his home to us. Would 100% recommend!

This is a perfect spot with great amenities. We loved the location between Rosemary and Seaside, the two areas we spent time while not in the community or nearby beaches. The golf cart and bikes are fun additions. The community pool is terrific. The home is very comfortable, clean, and spacious for our group of four. Communication with the property manager was seamless and always quick. Zero hesitation recommending this property and host!

We stayed for Spring break '24. The property was in good shape. Very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. I did find it odd that only one bed had a top sheet. I know some cultures don't use them so I guess that's just a preference thing. Not a huge deal. The "front" door is actually on the right side of the building from the garage. There were lots of bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, wake boards, and some tubes for the beach. The golf cart was a very nice addition. Big chill was busy but fun. Lots of food and retail. Good music as well. Easy beach access in Deer Lake state park. Please note that most of the beaches are private. The golf cart makes getting to the park easy. Get there early as they do shut it down when parking is full. I do wish we were notified that they were painting the building the week we visited. Lots of early noise and ladders all over which made parking difficult. There was an issue with the water hose in the garage which the team answered quickly. Overall I'd was a very nice stay and the management was very helpful. They got back to us quickly with any questions we had. We would for sure stay again.
