5-star review! The house is in a fantastic location within Seacrest Beach. It is steps away from the pool and an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, or you can take the tram, which stops three houses down. The house is beautifully updated, the beds are comfortable, the linens are clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We stayed in for a seafood boil takeout, and all fit comfortably with seating and an open-concept first floor. The communication was above and beyond, and the check-in was seamless with a thoughtful welcome gift. We would stay here again!

The perfect place for a family! Truly the very best location- we were close to the pool (without having to hear any noise from pool goers), and short walk to the beach, and perfectly in between Aly’s and Rosemary’s. The home was clean enough for us to feel comfortable, but not so perfect that we were nervous to have babies & toddlers crawling/walking around.

Beautiful home and a great neighborhood. The house was just a minute walk to the resort style pool with a bar and helpful staff. The shuttle to the private beach was quick and responsive. The area has all the food options you need at a walkable distance. The exclusivity of the area provides a traffic free environment and free of loud and drunk spring breakers. This is an ideal spot to vacation with young kids. You can peacefully walk through the Main Street with the shops and bike safely. The area’s curfew at night ensures there will be no loud noises at night and random cars driving by. There is security everywhere keeping the kids safe. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to bring family for a relaxing beach trip.

This was a great property with kids. The pool and beach are easily walkable, the tram service drivers were so kind. We loved our stay so much! We loved the home! We were thankful for the stainless steel pots, coffee machine was great, all the amenities were wonderful. It was as pictured. The beds were nice as well, we slept so well every night.

Me and two girl friends rented Jason’s place for our annual friendship weekend and it was so beautiful. We loved how new and clean it felt. The beds were so comfortable and we spent a lot of time lounging on the balconies and in the living area. It is a minutes walk to the resort style pool and a super accessible part of the neighborhood, yet feels very quiet and private. I would love to rent it again! The host was really responsive and helpful!

I have nothing but good things to say. Not only was the property in a fabulous location but the house worked perfectly for what we needed. It was exactly as pictured. Amenities for a rental gave everything you need to start your trip. It was clean and nicely furnished. Only feedback is if you plan on putting kids on the 3rd floor I’d be prepared to hear EVERYTHING. There is no door but other than that PERFECTION. We will definitely stay again.

The place was very central and close to everything, the house is large and modern, has plenty of towels, beach chairs and beach toys. The beach is a 5 minute walk or 2 minute tram ride. Unfortunately, the place was not clean when we got there, the refrigerator filter hadn't been changed and the smoke alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen. Sundial was very responsive and tried to help as much as possible, but it appears that there was no quality check before we came to the place. Would still recommend it as I think this was a one off fluke and the house was great and the location was truly fantastic but I'd hope they would implement better quality checks before check-ins.

We had a great stay at Jason’s place. Nice house and excellent location. I will do some updates on the living room furniture, for it to be more welcoming. The house was clean, but some spots (staircase, kitchen oven, air vents and windows) were left behind without cleaning. Jason was proactive and send the cleaning lady back on the same day.

The house is located in the perfect location. You can walk to the pool in two minutes and the beaches five minutes of walk or you get picked up by the gulf carts. House was clean and the mattresses were extremely comfortable.. who is the best I’ve ever ever been to any resort Highly recommended for a real vacation with all options there

We have stayed at Rosemary for several years now and this place was on par with the best placed we've used. PROS - The location was ridiculously awesome. It was across the street from the main pool and 1 turn from the main entrance. Couldn't have asked for better - The bathrooms (especially the master) were spotless and spacious. We found ourselves looking at the brands of the towels and face cloths to see if we could buy them back home. Excellent! - Speaking of checking brands, the linens on the beds were also checked for brand so we could buy them for ourselves. We LOVED the bedrooms - Kitchen had everything we needed - Pack-and-play was huge as we didn't want to travel with it SHOULD KNOWS - For parents - the 4-bunk beds were on the top floor with no bathroom, so kids would need to use a bathroom attached to another bedroom. No biggie, but an FYI - The living room couch was incongruous with the other furniture. I suspect it was temporary, but it was also distant from other seats

Property is excellent and, if you want to go to the pool, is right next door. Had a few minor issues that were primarily out of the owner's control, but they were always very responsive. Was a ton of room for the price and location, could easily fit two families with several kids. Would stay again for sure.

My family of 5 had a great stay here. The home has everything you need to cook easily, extras of everything, and anything you need for the beach. The pool is across the street, beach is an easy walk or short tram ride away. The pack and play and other kids equipment as well as beach supplies made the stay even easier. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

This property does not get much better for your stay. Stayed here for 8 nights in Sept, and this home met and exceeded our expectations. This home is right across the street from the Lagoon Pool in Seacrest Beach, and only a short 3 min walk to the beach. It is also located right next to a tram pickup location, D1. It also is one block from Seacrest plaza with bike rentals, food/ice-cream, and more. So this home has LOCATION! The home is very spacious and CLEAN!! I only had 5 individuals in my party, but this home could easily fit 10. Lots of fun beach gear, and a private shower outside to get the sand off. Anything and everything with cookware, and dish ware. Beds are VERY COMFY. Really enjoyed the stay and we are going to make this our permanent 30A house going forward.

The location was very good, close to the pools, shopping and the beach. Property manager was very responsive and the home was clean, the 2 king beds were very comfortable. A couple things that kept us from giving a 5 star review was when we first entered the home the smoking smell was strong, so whoever was in there before us definitely was smoking in the home, my wife and I are both real estate agents and show a ton of homes so we know it when we smell it. The other needed attention is for sitting, the house has room for 10 plus people but the main living area only has a small couch and 2 chairs, room for 4 maybe 5 people, suggest a large sectional, so you have to sit on the large kitchen table benches, that table takes up a significant space. Also you need 4 chairs on the front porch, not 2 and a dresser in the main bedroom is needed as there is no place for cloths except the closet, so the furniture aspect was a little sparse. But overall I would recommend staying here, its a great house and area. Don't mean to sound picky just trying to give constructive suggestions, that we would do if we owned it. Also one thing the community needs to find a way to resolve is the fact that these rental chair companies are taking over the beach, they are putting up chairs and umbrellas across the entire beach and most of those don't even get rented, we have been coming down for years and it getting worse and worse, they should only be allowed to put them up as they are rented.

Overall nice time and a great location. Close to the beach (10min walk). The pool this condo has access to is not heated so don't expect it to be warm unless its summer. The ocean was warmer than the pool when we stayed here at the end of March. The grill was rough and only one side worked. The location is close to the main peddlers area where there is a lot to do so that was nice.
