Would definitely stay here again. Host was very helpful with any questions I had. House was perfect for my family and I. Very clean and had everything we needed, plus some. Loved having the golf cart and bikes made available.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! We loved the location, the walkability & the surroundings were just ideal for our family. If you are traveling with children, this neighborhood/listing is just perfect in every way. The house was incredibly clean & well stocked - very happy to have access to bikes, pool toys, beach wagon, etc. - they had thought of everything! Loved having the golf cart & the pool was amazing - all around 10/10! We are already planning a September trip!

LOVE 30A! This rental is perfect for families with babies and toddlers. Our girls are teens and while the development was nice, we would stay in a different area next time. The Big Chill is designed for young families. The food is good and shopping cute but it’s chaotic with kids running around while their parents relax. Same with the pool. All young kids screaming and playing - we empathized but didn’t love the chaos now that we have mellow teens. The closest beach (Deer Park?) is the longest walk on 30A - I’m surprised no one said this in the reviews. It’s a haul and not ideal. Our favorite beach was Grayton, which you need to drive to. SeaGrove was next and you could drive the golf cart. House was great but had a few issues: bike was broken, golf cart not charged, broken blind, no trash bags. Amenities should be updated: iron and both keurig and regular coffee maker, no wine glasses, only 3 mugs. Team was responsive and surprised but made us rent the bike.

You’re absolutely right that The Big Chill is designed with younger families in mind, and it tends to have a lively, energetic vibe. That said, many teens also enjoy the food, events, and atmosphere. Every family is different, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective. Regarding beach access, Deer Lake is one of the most beautiful and newly updated areas along 30A, but it does require a longer boardwalk walk across the protected dunes. For most guests, it's a manageable and scenic stroll, but we completely understand how it could feel like a haul when carrying gear. To help with this, our digital guidebook highlights several nearby beach access points, many of which offer much shorter walks. As for the bike, we want to clarify that we never expected you to pay for the rental. When you let us know about the issue, we promptly sent a text around 11:30 AM on 4/15 offering to reimburse you if you rented another bike from across the street. Our goal was simply to help you continue enjoying your stay without any inconvenience. We also appreciate you alerting us about the golf cart and trash bags — once you reached out, we immediately delivered more bags. The broken blind was already noted on our maintenance list for repair, and while it wasn't a major issue, we absolutely understand how important the details are. Similarly, had we known during your stay about the additional kitchen items you needed, we would have been happy to bring them over right away. Jason's place , Beach Please, was great. It was a wonderful spot for our family. Enough room and a great kitchen. We were able to navigate to the beach easily with the golf cart and the fun beach supplies at the house. The house was lovely and would stay again. My kiddos appreciated the TVs in each room with streaming services - THANK YOU :)

Jason was extremely responsive, great instructions, all we needed for info in the guidebook. Great pool, well appointed with the starter items we needed, really appreciated the golf cart to get around. My kids LOVED it, as did we. Highly recommend this home!

What a beautiful getaway... the location was perfect, close to the beach and all the fun at the "Big Chill". The pool was relaxing and cleaned daily. The area felt safe and there were lots of families and things to do for kids of all ages. I would definitely book again! The townhouse was updated with all the amenities. My family of 5 felt right at home. Jason and his associates were super helpful... We will definitely be back.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Beach Please. The proximity to the pool and the Big Chill were an added value. Also, our family used the golf cart for everything - the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping, etc. We also took a bike ride to Seaside. We would stay here again without hesitation! 10 out of 10!

There was a few hiccups at the beginning however Jason and Seth were always quick to respond quickly no matter what time of day. When things needed to be fixed it was done in a timely manner!

Great host! House is in a nice neighborhood conveniently located across from several restaurants and shops. House looks like pictures. Only issue was pet hair downstairs in the living room on floor and furniture, which is no fun if you have allergies. Otherwise, lodging here made our family’s vacation worth every second. The kids loved the bunk beds!

This place was AMAZING!! The pictures does it no justice as to how BIG the place actually is! The whole place was very clean with very nice amenities. My fiancé and I as well as our best friends who are another couple loved this stay! We stayed for a long weekend and celebrated birthdays and toured one of my favorite beach towns. The home was the perfect place to end our nights and start our mornings. We enjoyed the huge kitchen to cook meals together and utilized the golf cart whenever we could! The board games and card games were also well loved by my group! The sundial group was super helpful with all our questions and needs! This neighborhood was so homey and felt very safe. The location was also perfect 10ish minutes from Seaside and right across from the big chill which has a great nighttime atmosphere. Overall we loved every minute of our stay and hope to be back soon!

exactly what we wanted for a family vacation. place was exactly as described. Bike-able to beaches, seaside (town) and rosemary. Short, short walk to big chill for coffee / lunch / drinks / dinner.

We enjoyed our stay! Jason and Seth with Sundial were great with communicating with us. We had a flat tire on the golf cart, but they had it fixed quickly. Great location! The beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. Things to improve on: Dishes and cookware needs updating and a larger quantity. Gas Oven range knobs need replacing (they kept falling off while cooking which made it difficult to turn the gas off) Extra light bulbs for lamps. Several lights were out in the unit.

Amazing vacation experience. Extremely open, airy and clean house. Very comfortable beds with TV’s in each room. Resort style pool with many restaurants across the street in The Hub. The golf cart was a nice bonus to transport everything to the beach. Extremely close to one of the most picturesque beach areas on 30a, Deer Lake State Park. My wife and I are also Airbnb hosts who have traveled to 30a multiple times and this was our best experience yet. The Host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Beautiful condo! Seth and Jason were on top of everything. Check in and check out was super easy and they were always responsive with any questions. The whole property is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything we needed. Beach access is a little far away but the golf cart made it very doable! The pool area is amazing and very kid friendly. All bedrooms are upstairs so if anyone in the party has trouble climbing stairs please keep that in mind. Highly recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
