Welcome to Beach Era, your chic 2-bedroom retreat in Prominence on 30A. Enjoy effortless access to the sugar-white beaches, the resort-style pool, and The Big Chill’s shops, dining, and live entertainment just across the street. With a golf cart, 4 bikes, beach gear, and a spacious balcony near the pool, Beach Era offers the perfect coastal escape.

Beach Era offers a bright and inviting second-floor retreat, accessed by a private entry staircase leading into the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The spacious living room opens to a large balcony near the resort-style pool, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding at sunset. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, while the comfortable living area includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

We enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything we needed, including baby gear for our 9-month-old, which made traveling so much easier. The Prominence area is in a great central location along 30A, which made it easy to explore the nearby beaches and neighborhoods. We ended up not using the golf cart since we felt more comfortable traveling with the baby in our rental car, but it is a great amenity to have available. We would happily stay here again.

First and foremost, this was a fantastic place to stay. The pool at Prominence was only steps away and the whole community was clean and easily navigated. The Big Chill was a great benefit to have only a few minutes walk away and has a little bit of everything! We utilized the golf cart only once, which for us it was just as easy to hop in our rental car, but cool nonetheless. Lastly, we did unfortunately run into an issue with our place not being cleaned before arrival. Jason was incredibly responsive and they remedied this error very quickly and made things right by covering the cleaning fee. All-in-all, I would recommend staying here and we will consider staying with them again if we return to 30a! We'll just make sure to double check the cleaning service is scheduled correctly ahead of time, because this was a beautiful place!

This condo was the perfect space for my family’s getaway! There was plenty of room for our family of 6, and being right next to the pool was such a bonus. They truly had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach trip. ☀️🏖️

This location was perfect for a family-friendly spring break. Being walkable to The Big Chill restaurants and shops was a huge plus! Having the bikes and golf cart was a great addition. The turquoise waters and white sandy beaches make 30A one of our favorite beach trips!
