I stayed at Akers of Fun for a girls weekend. It was glorious! The house is well equipped and so comfortable. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The outdoor space instantly made me relax especially, the swing bed. It is convenient to Rosemary Beach, all of 30A and highway 98. Simply the best stay!

This home was exceptional from beginning to end. The thoughtful design and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout, with every amenity we could possibly need provided. Our stay at Akers of Fun was wonderful! The house is beautiful and is very inviting and comfortable. Every detail was thought of when stocking this home. It was the perfect space for our group of 12. The kitchen was very well stocked for staying in to make family meals. It is also in a great location to be able to enjoy all of the dining and shopping that 30a has to offer. It was a short drive (or bike ride) to beautiful beaches. From the bikes to the beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels…we greatly appreciated having all of these items to use. It rained all day the first few days of our trip …which was disappointing…but thankfully it was a very clean, lovely, and enjoyable place to be “stuck inside”. Seth and Sasha were very responsive in helping work through a couple “new home glitches”. We would love to return for another stay in the future.

This house really is so beautiful! We traveled with the whole Family and everyone having their own bathroom and king bed was amazing! The bunk room was great for our girls as well! Also a small detail but one I really appreciated was the closets! Most rentals just have a rod and 5 hangers. This house had incredible closets systems with plenty of hangers! The little playroom was so fun! We used the highchair and the pack and play as well. It’s really just fully stocked. I do wish that renters had access to the seacrest gates. It’s not a deal breaker but would just provide quicker access to rosemary and 30a road. But Seth and Jason were so quick to respond and were quick to fix any issue! All in all a great! Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home. Crisp linens and comfy beds and pillows (on the firm side which we prefer). Nice location, although not really a part of the Seacrest Community. Its separated by a pedestrian gate and guests of the Treetop community have access to seacrest beach but not much else in the seacrest community. This was not an issue for us as Treetop has a pool and the home has 4 bikes which were awesome for getting around through Seacrest to beach access and 30A. The shuttle service was also great to have access to. Takes you to Seacrest access point and Inlet and picks you up and drops you off with a phone call.

I can’t say enough about how nice this house was! We were a family (3 generations) of 8 and all felt this was the nicest home we have rented in 30A. The home is brand new and immaculate . We loved the location because it was quiet and serene! The complimentary beach transportation was easy to use and convenient! It went to both Seacrest and Inlet Beaches. We also loved driving to some of the prettiest beaches and being central to all of them!

Akers of Fun is just what it says… so much fun! Not only is the home beautiful, clean and roomy but the location is awesome! It’s tucked back away from the noise but conveniently located to anything you’d want to do! The beds are comfy and everything is well stocked with plush towels, beach chairs and kitchen essentials. An awesome shuttle is available to get you to the beach or the store, as well as bikes that are so fun to ride to the shops! We will definitely be staying here again and again. We’ve made memories that will last a lifetime and can’t wait to come back and do it all again.

My stay at this beach house in the Treetops community was nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops, which made everything so convenient and easy to enjoy without ever needing to get in the car. The house itself was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a fun beachy vibe that made it feel welcoming. It was incredibly spacious and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway, from comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen to cozy lounge areas that were perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor spaces, especially the porch swing and balcony, which made for peaceful, sun-soaked mornings with a cup of coffee and the sound of birds in the trees. The attention to detail throughout the home made it feel like more than just a rental. It truly felt like someone’s well-loved beach retreat. This was my first time staying in Treetops, and this home completely sold me on returning here for future visits. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve ever stayed. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a luxurious beach escape.

I have been coming to 30A for many years, and this house stands out as one of the absolute best I have ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, you feel a sense of peace and comfort. It is located in the beautiful Tree Top neighborhood, which gives it a quiet and secluded feel while still being just minutes away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the fun that 30A has to offer.
