The absolute perfect beach house for our family of all ages. We so appreciated the child gates on all the stairs and even the porch. The house came well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels. The house was close to wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and of course the beach. We didn’t have to get in our car all week unless we wanted to. We cannot wait to stay again!

We have booked a family vacation with Jason for the past 2 years. WOW we have enjoyed our trip tremendously. There were a few issues and he took care of them right away. We always expect things not to be perfect at the end of the summer season. But our family was so excited and pleased with our accommodations. We spent just a shy of a week in After Dune Delight and the experience from booking to check out was outstanding. Communication was very open and comprehensive. The property was in a great location with easy beach access and accommodated our family of 11 very comfortably. The outdoor seating options were icing on the cake. We will definitely visit this property again, soon!

☀️🏖️👙This is our second stay this year!! We absolutely love this house. It is large enough to accommodate three families. A party of five adults and seven children are very comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and seems very safe. The beach and pool are both a short walk. 3-4m walk to the beach and 1m walk to the pool. The LSV was handy to haul the beach gear and we enjoyed riding it to Seaside. I can’t say enough about the host, Jason! He is amazing. Extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The house is spotless, stocked with all necessary essentials to last your entire stay, beach towels, ice chest, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. We have stayed in many different Airbnbs along 30A and this is my favorite one. Main reason being the ease of beach access. No more fighting for a parking spot or exhausting ramps/steps to the beach. You do not have to cross a main road either!!! It is literally the perfect location. Thank you, Jason! We hope to be back soon.

This is truly a hidden gem! Just a few mins walk to the beach and next to the pool. Beautiful and safe neighborhood for the kids to ride bikes. Seaside and The Big Chill are a quick golf cart ride away. The beach access is zero entry (no steps or ramps = effortless!!). The private beach is peaceful and not crowded. Beach chair and umbrella rentals available (around 8 beach chairs provided in the shed). The house is equipped with everything you need. Including toiletries for the entire stay. The beds are comfortable and the house is spotless! The management team are proactive and responsive with any issues that may arise. We had one Roku TV that wouldn’t connect and they sent maintenance (very friendly and helpful) right over. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break. We hope to return soon!

This was our third year traveling to 30A for spring break and this was our favorite location yet! Great home for large groups. It was nice being just a short walk from the beach. Be aware if visiting soon, there is a new home being built right across the street and construction started most mornings by 7am! Very loud and not the most relaxing experience. 5 stars for the place. Such a beautiful home. Love that the beach was very close. As well as all of the amenities that was provided. Jason & Seth are very nice and very responsive. 3 Stars for the overall experience. They nickel and dime you for everything. We couldn’t locate the golf cart keys they weren’t in the lockbox as described. The bathrooms weren’t the cleanest we had to clean them ourselves. The closet for the beach stuff was very disorganized and my cousin had to reorganize it. So we could find what we needed. The master bedroom door was broken and couldn’t close the door.

This was a great week at the beach for a friends and family vacation. We don’t have little children anymore, but the baby gates would be super helpful for those who need them. We enjoyed our time here. This community is set back off the busy 30A highway and felt very private and peaceful. I was even able to let my daughter ride her bike on the few roads around us, without hesitation or fear of her being hit, because there weren’t many car on our street at all and there were lots of sidewalks. This house is perfect for a family trip. Seth & Jason were great communicators about check in, the amenities of everything provided, and even provided a personalized guidebook with suggestions/things to do in the area. The house itself is incredible. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious for everyone to relax. The bedrooms/beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless. The location is perfect. The golf cart was very convenient to get coffee in the morning or to take a day drive to Seaside. The outdoor grill on the patio was perfect for burgers and steaks. My parents, my brother’s family and mine all had the pleasure of staying here in early October. It was perfect! The house was just as pictured and described. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces were clean with plenty of room for all of us. An added bonus were the child safety gates on all of the stairs. The golf cart came in handy and we used it to go to and from the beach with all of our beach “stuff”! The hosts also provided anything and everything that you could need for the beach or the pool. The beach was a short walk if you don’t want to take the golf cart and the pool is just around the corner from the house. Perfect location for both! We made food and ordered in a lot because we have lots of younger kids… but there were plenty of restaurants, shops and little beach towns nearby that you can easily drive to or take the golf cart. Jason and Seth were extremely helpful and responsive! They made sure we were taken care of. We will be back!!

Great spot for a family! It was even better in person than the photos! Incredible location, access to golf cart, bikes and all the beach things you need! Beach towels, ice to fill your cooler, laundry machine, high chair, packnplay….. all which saves you major $. The host supplies you with everything you need and more! No needing to visit the store to buy toilet paper or even shampoo! They give you what you need to enjoy your stay! House is just a short walk from the beach and pool. House is cozy and perfect for gathering and also having bedroom/bathrooms with privacy. You can get to any restaurant or beach town with a short drive. Host is extremely responsive to texting and helping us with our stay. I’d recommend this to any group or family. We’ll be coming back and booking again!

If you are looking for the perfect house, in the perfect location, with the most amazing host, your search stops here. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was spacious, fully stocked, and VERY clean. It also does not have an odor!! I have been to other beach houses that smelled like wet towels or air fresheners to hide the smell. My son has asthma and the first thing he noticed was how it did not have a strong odor of chemicals and air fresheners. This was a huge deal for us! He could comfortably be in the house with no problems at all. The location was amazing with just a short walk to the beach and the tennis court at the corner. The area was extremely safe and I felt comfortable letting my boys play outside by themselves. Lots to do and places to eat close by. We definitely shed some tears when we left and can't wait to return again!!

Had a great stay! No issues with the property and had tons of beach toys, chairs, etc. to pick and choose from. I was impressed with how helpful the hosts were to get us a new golf cart, when the one normally on the property was damaged in a recent storm. Golf carts are really the best way to get around there and back and forth to the beach.

We had a great stay! We traveled here with another family and enjoyed the location - between seaside and Panama city. It gave us lots of options for things to do. The beach is close enough to walk or bike but because we had littles we would have the guys drop us off on the golf cart then they would just walk down (Walton dunes access). The provided golf cart broke just before we got there and that really stunk because to go anywhere but the beach you really need transportation and getting in a hot car especially after driving all the way there and with kids was not ideal. Jason/Seth reimbursed us 100$/per day to rent our own golf cart which we felt was generous. This house is great if you have toddlers. There’s built in locked gates on every staircase, high chair, pack n play, bed rails and tons of sand toys etc. all very clean and in good condition. The older kids loved the bikes. The outdoor shower was great and a must! Lots of beach towels provided which I feel like never happens!

I have stayed at many places, but this was by far my favorite. Incredible communication, beautiful home, and every amenity you could ever need, everything was thought of when creating this incredible space. We had three different families staying and there was ample space. So close to the beach you can walk in under 5 minutes but there’s also a brand new golf cart. You don’t need to bring a single thing besides clothes and yourself. The beach room has everything you might need for fun in the sun. Will be back before the summer is over for more fun. Can’t thank you both enough for everything. It truly was an incredible trip.

We stayed in this property while attending a wedding and the home had everything we could ask for. The house was centrally located and easy to get to all local attractions. Jason and Seth were beyond helpful and communicative. The house had all the beach equipment we could ask for and the golf cart was very nice and worked great.
