Our Story
We’re a boutique vacation rental management company exclusive to 30A. We started managing our own properties on 30A in 2019 and quickly became obsessed with providing guests amazing experiences. During our time, we’ve had the opportunity to meet other homeowners in the area and quickly realized most were less than thrilled with the property management company they were using. We heard the same frustrations over and over that included a lack of communication, very few reviews, no transparency, being nickel and dimed on their statement, and more often than not, lower revenues than promised! It was clear there was an opportunity to offer a better experience for property owners on 30A and Sundial Getaways was born to do just that. As a boutique company, we strive to make each property individually important. It starts with our backend processes and the technology we use to “wow” guests and drive higher daily rates for owners. Jason Zacharko started his professional career after graduating from Sam Houston State University in the summer of 2000. By 2002, and just 24 years old, he started his first business venture selling Voice Over IP (VOIP) systems and data networks to businesses of all sizes. It was during that time he found his passion for building successful companies. After successfully exiting his first business in the spring of 2008, he went on to build two more successful businesses, while building out his real estate portfolio. By 2019 he discovered the short term vacation rental market and never looked back. Today Jason owns three properties on 30A, with a fourth coming soon.
Seth J. Thomason
Co-founder and Managing Partner
After a highly decorated 12 year career in the United States Air Force (USAF), Seth Thomason founded a successful wireless Internet Service Provider (ISP) business in 2010. Seth has lived his life passionate about serving others, technology, aviation, and adventure. He spent the better part of his youth building computers, RC airplanes and helicopters, as well as flying private aircraft. These passions served him well in both the USAF and in the wireless sector. During his USAF career, Seth was awarded countless awards in academic achievement and performance. As the founder and CEO of his company, Seth went on to lead a team of 30 providing internet service to thousands across two states. His company competed at the highest levels nationwide and received millions of dollars in grants from the FCC’s Connect America Fund Phase II Auction and Rural Digital Opportunity Fund Auction. Seth’s dedication to serving others and passion for technology is the perfect mix for providing a great experience for both owners and guests of 30A!
