Beautiful rental, nice golf cart and bicycles were also nice to have available. We took our teenage grandchildren and they loved it. Everything you need for a fun day at beach is available in the garage. Seth promptly responded to any questions we had and provided us with a huge selection of options available in the area. Overall very nice area and the Townhouse is topnotch!

Gorgeous townhouse in a beautiful community. Everything about this was perfect. The home is immaculate and very comfortable. I jokingly said that the shower was larger than my daughter's bedroom at home. The whole place screams luxury. We rented a golf cart and had so much fun riding it to the beach, to dinner and breakfast. It made parking a breeze. I would stay here again.

The perfect spot and the perfect hosts! Jason and Lindsay have everything you could need at this beautiful home. We were extra impressed with how organized and communicative they were. We also loved the guidebook that was sent prior to our stay - so helpful! It's clear they hosts are extremely detail oriented and great at what they do.

We had a wonderful time! The house was clean and great for families. The location was wonderful - the private beach access was a short walk across the beach and absolutely beautiful. The house was located right near shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors (which the kids really enjoyed!). The golf cart was a great bonus! Seth and Jason were incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is in a nice quiet gated subdivision. There are two pools that are a quick walk away. Enough parking for about three cars (two in one in front). We had 12 people, including three children under 10, and we never felt cramped. A quick drive to Seaside or Grayton Beach. Jason and Seth were extremely proactive with a situation that came and I would highly recommend them for future property management endeavors.

Beautiful House and a great location. Loved all the items they had available for use for the beach(wagon, chair, toys, umbrellas, etc). We had an amazing trip and look forward to going again and staying with them! 🤍

Absolutely loved this place. Loved how close it was to everything. Also loved how easy it was to communicate with the hosts. They were so helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place to stay especially if you have kids!

This was one of our best family trips, and the house had a huge part of that! It looks just like the pictures, perfect location, and great host. The house is in the in middle of everything, but away from busy. Right across the street from The Big Chill, which was great for our kids! The included golf cart was awesome and got us everywhere’s we wanted to go! We will be back!
